- the location is in Cap Estate, uphill Rodney Bay. it's not as near to the beach as Google Maps says... from the mainroad you turn right to Cas en Bas Road, then left to Mountain Top Road (aka Hill Top Avenue), then at the end to right is the Haxted Road. the road is very rough, bumpy and steep. you better have a car up there, if you walk it can be hard (especially if you have luggage). - if you have no breakfast, demand a discount (at least 10%). - the actual name of the houseis "I Mari"

This is a beautiful property that is impeccably maintained. It is very cozy and has a hostel-like feel in that you can interact with the other guests easily. The staff was very helpful and the housekeeper does an excellent job at keeping the place looking good. The view of Rodney Bay is fantastic. The only drawback is the hill: If you are going out, make sure you don't forget anything, because going back can be a daunting prospect.

The guesthouse is located at a beautiful location, on the top of a hill with a beautiful view over the Rodney Bay harbour. The road to the guesthouse is however terrible. It's very steep and bad. Cars are stuggling to go up and walking up is quite an exercise so most of the guest choose to take a taxi up. Taking a taxi up costs approximately 10 EUR. Ideal place for people who just like to stay in and read a book not if you'd like to go out.
