Stayed there for 6 nights and loved everyone. It can be loud sometimes but only until a certain time. Other than that the staff was great and made for a memorable trip. I would definetly recommend this to anyone travelling through and looking for a fun and cheap place to stay. Thank you!

It was really good hostel, staff were awesome, they always made spaghetti parties and offer beer, champagne, and wine. People always enjoyed, went out together. In summary, it was totally worth it.

Great hostel for party people and alone backpackers. Free spaghetti and free drinks every night to gather everyone together. Small hostel with a nice and young atmosphere. Obviously, its not that clean and rooms are small. But if you want to meet new people and party at night, it's definitively the place to go for a very cheap price. Good breakfast for 2Eur.

This is the worst hostel I've stayed. They claim to be a party hostel but have no real common area for guests to socialize and most of the staff speak poor English. Not once did anybody invite my and my friend to go out even though when we checked in they told as that they go out clubbing every night... Also, being forced to leave the hostel at 11 am for five hours is not something you'd expect at a "party hostel". There is no way I'd stay in this hostel ever again!!

We really had a great stay at Ivanhoe hostel! Great staff, great location and great facilities! The breakfast for 2 euros is very good! The only disadvantage were the blankets, they were nasty and they didn't have a cover. So we would go back to the hostel, but we would bring an extra blanket, then Ivanhoe Hostel would be perfect!

A very peculiar hostel in some ways, but still a lovely place to stay. I cannot comment on other hostels and whether those were better, so you will have to do some digging yourself.

Pro: Young and nice open minded guests, well-equipped kitchen, free wifi, good shower-bathroom-combinations, nice street next to Via Cavour between Termini and Colosseo. Contra: Small rooms, blankets which have been used by everyone - without sheets!, too many beds too close together, too small and too few lockers in the rooms, you will get locked out almost half the day.

It's a nice hostel, breakfast is ok and only for 2 euros. Also great staff and location. There are no bed bugs!! really, I read about it on the reviews but it's not true. The only minus points are the fact that there is only one bed sheat so that everyone sleeps under a blanket with no cover around, and the fact that there are no seperate bed lights, so if someone wants to read, the main light should be on.

everything you'd expect from a hostel. Only downside was the lock-out between 11 and 4 pm!! to clean the sheets. That's only 4 hours of sleep if you went to a nightclub...
