it has all the facilities you`d want, the kitchen is very good. also there is a nice hangout area and the staff are very helpful. they let me have a shower when i got there even tho it was too early to checkin. the directions made the hostel easy to find and its nice and close to the peace park tho a bit far from the station.

J-Hoppers is a great hostel. Great location next to the Peace Park and it was easy to find. The staff was friendly, and their advice was spot on. I only stayed for one night, but my experience with J-Hoppers was great.

With its very close location to Peace Memorial Park, this guest house literally in the center of Hiroshima. But if you are into bars or partying, you need to walk a bit... Everything about the guest house is nice. Private rooms are large, showers are clean, there is laundry and dryer and the staff is friendly.

Nice hostel, great rooms (we had the double room), kitchen, 2 common rooms and a roof top. Great location, the Peace Memorial Park just a 5 minutes walk away. Free coffee, tea and cooking stuff. Great stay. Only downsize is that there was just 1 bathroom on each floor.

i was in the female dorm: tatami beds, was really great! hostel provides u with everything, facilities seem new and clean. it's in a 4 story building, not too far away from 7/11, sunK and a supermarket. about 20min to the JR Hiroshima station by streetcar. would def. stay there again!

We stayed in futon beds and they were awesome! The room was very japanese-like. Not much room for anything, but we did have a place for the bags. We arrived really late, but the staff was really helpful and they were waiting for us. Also the location is great. Really close to a streetcar stop, and in a walking distance from the peace memorial park. We only stayed one night, but I wish we could have stayed longer :)

Great stay with J-Hoppers. I frequently was reminded of how your establishment thought of everything. Smooth sailing for our whole stay in Hiroshima. We will definitely stay at J-Hoppers again in the future.

I really would have loved to stay there longer, but after 2 days everything was fully booked. People there are exceptionally nice, friendly and helpful organizing your sightseeing trip. I slept in a dorm on the floor, Japanese style, the room was very nice. The showers and the toilets were very very clean, the wash-bowls are on the floor. Next to the kitchen is a dining/living room, It's for sure a cozy place to hang out. I only can recommend that place!

Friendly and quirky hostel. the tatami rooms are a decent size and fairly well kitted out - a bargain at the price. there are plenty of thoughtful touches throughout the hostel, and the overall feeling is that the staff care about your experience of the place and of Hiroshima. The area is a bit of a trek from the station, but very close to the Peace Park and there are some interesting shops and cafes nearby, plus friendly neighbours!

If every hostel where like this one I would never go home! The staff were the pic of the pile, one lad in particular was an English boy named "Tom" who went out of his way on several occasions to give us the best possible experience. I never wanted to leave and had it not been for work calling I don't think I would have!

Nothing to add except that hostel staff were friendly and they run events so people can get to know each other.
