Dear guests First of all I want to apologise that you did not like it at our hostel. But I want to make some things right which you criticized in your review. Our reception opening times are written in our confirmation that everyone gets which books a room/bed at our hostel. I am pretty sure you got this information. You also wrote in your reservation that you will arrive at 2 p.m. So please be fair and don't complain about arriving too early and having to wait because you actually knew that the reception would be closed before 2 p.m. Our check in times are actually from 4 p.m. until 9.30 p.m. (these infos are also in the confirmation that you received) because we are cleaning the rooms until 4 p.m. That's why we hang our phone numbers on the front door so people which arrive earlier can phone us while we are upstairs cleaning the rooms. It really was a special situation on the day that you stayed at our hostel. This winter has been the coldest since 10 years and because of this unfortunately some of our toilets were frozen. I was actually working like crazy on this problem to fix it. And I told all of our guests on this day about the problem (also you) and I did also tell you which toilets were still working. I can just say that we didn't have this problem since we opened the hostel and I hope it will not be as cold like this year in the near future but as you also know we are not able to control the nature. One thing about our prices: Our prices are not higher or lower than those of other hostels in Switzerland. At our hostel we do care a lot about our guests and we are always willing to help.
