Me and my friends stayed there for one night and that was enough. The common area was nice but the rooms were totally wet (matress, bed sheet, blanket) as there were no windows and both rooms.. that was quite disgusting. The stuff was ok.. the receptionist wanted to book a bus for us.. when we told him we already booked a flight he was rude and somehow grumpy.

very empty and quiet when I went and very difficult to socialize with other guests. may have been because of the low season but as a solo traveller, I quickly got out of there

At its knockdown price and location, it is good value.

Nice hostel very helpful staff and very clean. Close to shopping and markets

Basic room and facilities but get what you pay for! The room was clean and the owners were extremely helpful and friendly. Helped book trips at short notice and arrange whatever we needed. Hostel in a great location, only a 5 minute walk from the Main Street night markets in krabi where there is excellent street food and entertainment! Highly recommend for those requiring a basic place to stay in the middle of town close to the food markets.

Our room was so damp it left our clothes and bags damp too. It was horrible sleeping on a damp bed! Staff weren't particularly friendly, no atmosphere

We had a nice stay here, simple accomodation, you get what you pay for. We had a large spacious room but found it to be very damp. On checkout, we were double checking to make sure our taxi was booked. Unfortunately due to a language barrier we were misunderstood by the reception lady who rang the owner. He then spoke to me in an extremely rude manner and gave out to me for double checking. Found the owner to be friendly up until this point so we left this accomodation extremely disappointed.

Can't really pick a fault, rooms were okay, bathrooms what you'd expect. Really helpful staff, very central, easy to get a boat or bus to the beaches or railay. Organised a 4 islands tour through the hostel which I would highly recommend it was really good fun! Stayed in a fan room (even though we thought we had air on) so was a little stuffy!

Very nice staff and so helpful. If you are looking for a taxi, boat or bus to somewhere, ask them, they know the prices and you will get good prices.

Ok place hard beds but cheap for a one night stay or visa run

This is what it is, you're paying very little for it, so you're paying for what you get. It's in a good location, not far from the main road and you can book tours etc through it also. We booked our transport onto koh pants from here, which was handy and it was cheaper than most of the travel agents too. Go to the house of tea for breakfast, yummy food and cheap too!

The owner and staff were very friendly and laid back. We really enjoyed the night market near by.

Jp mansion was great!! The thai people that owned it were more than helpful and very very friendly. It was like having a thai mom and dad while on our stay. They booked any excursions we wanted to do and helped us get our taxi for the following day to the airport. Will definitely here again!

Originally we planned to stay here for two nights but we ended up staying here for a whole week. We would 100% recommend this hostel. The staff are very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The rooms are perfect, clean and maintained. One of the most important things about running a business which involves members of the public, is good customer service, this hostel absolutely nails it. PERFECT, PERFECT, PERFECT & THANK YOU! :):):):)

We just needed somewhere to stop over in Krabi town before heading off to an island the next day. Basic, value for money room that was clean and a nice bar with wifi underneath. Perfect for what we needed.

This hostel was pretty basic overall, but a good enough place to stay for the night before our flight in the morning. If you're going to stay here, make sure you spring for the above basic rooms. Because basic does REALLY mean basic. Air con would have been really nice to have.
