This was a really good place to stay during our trip to Salzburg. I would definitely recommend it for the following reasons: parking for 5 euros a day You can easily walk to the city center It has really good food for a hostel with free breakfast. The rooms and showers were clean Everything was good about it except for the internet. The "free wifi" almost never worked and we simply had to go to a cafe nearby called "Cappomio" which is on the way to the city center.

Excellent location, walking distance to most famous tourist attractions. Breakfast was very nice with many choices. Hot water was not provided in the canteen at night, and the staff told us to ask for it in the mini bar as we checked in. After we asked for the first glass of hot water from a male staff, however, when we went on for a second glass, a female staff said a cup of hot water cost 1.5 euro but she could offer us at 1 euro. This has been very ridiculous and disappointing!!!

whats the point of having washing machines if you dont have washing powder for sale? Apparently it was sold out...can i buy some locally...oh, there,ll be a supermarket in the city, 5 minutes away. rubbish. the city centre is 10 mins away and full of shops selling tourist tat. Given my limited time here anden need to clean clothes, the attitude of this member of staff was disappointing. Tell you what - there,s none for sale, give me some of the hotels own stash!

As a hostel and dorm room this is a complete disaster. Staffs do not know how to maintain a hostel. Also it is a family hotel so they really do not care about the customers/boarders staying in dorm because it's almost unprofitable for them. One thing is sure! Location is very good and they provide awesome breakfast (and yes it's included).

This property is ideal for families travelling. Unfortunately. staff need to apply guidelines with children of guests (running unsupervised around the property screaming at 23.30). Power outlets insufficient in rooms. Staff are friendly but unable to provide answers to questions. Kitchen/ dining room - good. Breakfast included - nice way to start the day. Cleaning of bathroom & toilets need to be consistent - ensure everyday 3 times that clean & tidy and stock

When I arrive to Jufa the time for chek-in was changed from 15 to 17 hours. Please, change it in information, that you are sending for visitors! Moreover no where during booking was mentioned about 1euro city tax. I stayed in a room for 6 people which was really small and had only one 220w socket! The speed of wi-fi is quite slow. Once I ordered a dinner (all you can it) and it was really good. Breakfast is uncluded, that's perfect!

It would be great if the hostel had a kitchen. Although there was a canteen in the evening, it was fairly expensive and not great food and no one ate in there. Some air conditioning in the dorms would be great too. However, it was a clean, welcoming and safe place to stay.

Jufa is just great, the staff is very friendly, the rooms clean and - very important - separated in male and female dorms, despite the heat outside, it was just cool inside and i could sleep very well. highly recommended!!! I'll come again...

Great breakfast. Great location. Friendly staff. Lockers available. Shame there aren't mixed dorms. Toilets and showers could have been cleaner, they smelled a bit.

Clean and kind staff and nice breakfast;) especially good location! Even though we need to take a bus from main train station but we don't need to take any transportation for sightseeing! ;) But no phone reception and no wifi reached too! That was the most inconvenient thing when i staying.

Definitely not a hostel, not many younger travellers and no hostel atmosphere. Nice place to stay if you want to chill out and have some quite time. Great free breakfast buffet and bar and food available, no kitchen to cook though.

Very nice place, clean, and a lot nicer than many other hostels i stayed in!!

Nice and clean, big beds, friendly staff and pretty decent facilities. Only annoying thing really was that the wifi didn't reach our room but there's loads of space to sit in the lobby so it didn't really matter.

More of a hotel with a few dorms shoved down in the basement as an afterthought. Dorms themselves are OK, but the lockers are not great, and there's nowhere near enough showers for the amount of people in dorms. The free breakfast is good, and the staff are affable. Great bar too! But the kids running through the reception area pretty much kiboshes it having a typical hostel bar vibe. Location is fairly central - nice view of the fort - but not as good as some other places.

The location was okay, walking distance to the old town. The wifi never worked for me and the staff kept pointing to my phone saying it should work after I asked for help, but it never did. The common area seemed clean, but there were blood stains on some of the couch cushions. When I went to retrieve my luggage, I waited in line for a long time to get the key to the room. The staff was not necessarily rude, just painfully slow. Overall, I felt safe., just inconvenienced.

Salzburg isn't very big so everywhere is quite central really, however it didn't feel like a typical hostel as it was full of families on holiday. The staff however are great. 1 toilet between 6 dorms just isn't enough. It has a bar but it's over priced. Breakfast however is included and is quite good

The staff were not very friendly and came across as a little confused and under experienced. The whole atmosphere was more like a hotel than a hostel but the beds were fine and the bathrooms were clean. Not the best place to meet people as a solo traveller but it was - okay, fairly average all things considered.

I am very happy I got an upgrade to one of the best hotel rooms ! It was almost very clean for here was couple of hairs on the sink. The view from the hostel was wonderful and the room was pretty comfortable. The breakfast was the best part ! The staff...hmm a little bit arrogant. I didnt like the fact that the check in is until 4 pm. I walked for over 3 miles carrying a 50 pound backpack and got here at 10 am hoping I could check in at 11 or 12 but they said no.
