Spacious living room/recreation room with TV, refreshment and relaxing/social area. Three shower rooms and extra toilets with hot water 24 hours.

This seems more an apartment then hostel to me. The owner was here once during our 3 days stay (It's ok for us since we are quite familiar with the city). Everything are alright, except our 3 bed dorm was actually a glass door room, which has no lock, slightly insecure, but the apartment itself is quite secure. There are 3 shower rooms, and two of them are tiny. Overall, it was a good place to stay.
