Lovely staff (possibly so friendly it can come across as not genuine) who will ply you with cold towels as drinks when you come back from a hot day out and about. They were a bit too insistent on us taking a private car on to Hoi An (65 USD) instead of the public bus (5 USD) saying it might not have air con, but it did and it was fine. Otherwise very good people. Good location with lots of food nearby. Citadel about 20 mins walk away. Breakfast tasty and free. Tours a bit pricey

Fantastic staff.the best hotel I have stayed in so far in Vietnam. the staff always have a smile on their face as they continually offer complimentary fruit and drinks. staying here is a must.

Fantastic value for the money. Incredibly hospitable staff, clean facilities, free breakfast, cold hand towels and lemon juice every time you come in from the heat outside, and much much more made for the best stay we've had in quite awhile. If this hotel were in other cities I would book it automatically. Stay here, guarenteed not to be disappointed!

Friendliest staff ever...keep on going like that.

My girlfriend and i stayed for 2 nights at jade hotel in hue and we received a treatment of 4 star hotel. The staff is so friendly, helpful and really attentive. The gave us fresh fruits and juice upon arrival and the provide a nice breakfast. The helped us organising all our tours and transfers. Rooms are really clean with air-con, TV and internet. Totally recommended.

Great hostel in every way, but its the staff that make this place amazing, go out of their way tin every way to make your stay as good as possible. No real common room though, so not for backpackers looking for hostels

Such a shame we could only stay for 1 night! Brilliant hotel,best staff we have met in 5 months of travelling-fruit and drinks on arrival was such a nice thought,and breakfast was awesome-even making it early for us. It was more like staying in a 5 star hotel. Thank you!

This place deserves top billing. I find it hard to think of a time when I have received better customer service. My one small gripe was that the bathroom felt a little cramped with the toilet practically under the shower. However everything else was perfect so this is forgiven!

This was a lovely little hostel in a great location. Close enough to the main attractions but still in a quiet area. The best thing about the place was the staff. Very friendly and helpful without being "too much". Whilst having breakfast one morning, they surprised a girl next to us with a birthday cake and wine (or some kind of fizzy juice, who knows!). It was very sweet and i don't think even her boyfriend knew anything about it! Great place!

Cutest place ever. The staff are adorable. Room was quite nice, bed comfortable. Location was pretty good, if you don't mind walking a bit, which we don't. No matter where you stay you have to walk to something. Breakfast was good. Staff are so so friendly. Bathroom had a curtain which is nice for a change here and there! (We had ants one day, and every now and then there would be smell from the pipes in the bathroom, but really, this place is so good, especially for the money.)

Perfect place to stay. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Day trips organized are perhaps slightly over priced but all in all we had an excellent experience here. Highly recommended.

The staff of Jade Hotel are the friendliest, warmest, most helpful staff in all of the hotels/hostels I've stayed in in Vietnam.

In addition to all the great reviews of this place it was quite simply the best budget hotel we stayed at in nearly 4 weeks in Vietnam. Extremely friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast, great location. Nice clean and comfortable rooms. I've stayed in much worse hotels for much more!

Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They have lots of options for the included breakfast and bring you drinks whenever you arrive. They can also book you anything conveniently and fairly. Great place to stay.

The best staff at any Vietnamese hotel I've stayed at so far, and that is saying A LOT!

Accomodating staff that were always smiling and happy to help out. Upon arrival they have some fruit prepared and some tea. When we checked out early they had a staff member up and ready to make us breakfast! Home away from home.
