The best aspect of the Jade Hotel was the friendliness of the staff! They gave us cold towels and juice every time we came in, did laundry for very cheap, arranged our driver to get to the citadel and pagodas ($40 for two people for 6 hours) and our ride to Hoian in a private car with stops in Lang co beach, hi van pass, danang, marble mountain ($65 for two people, which isn't a huge value but was convenient). Nice rooms though bathrooms are a bit outdated. Overall great stay with awesome staff!
Amazing hotel! They go out of their way to make you comfortable and have a great stay. Beautiful rooms, great location! I would highly recommend.
Great place, excellent service, super friendly staff.
Best place we stayed in SE Asia. You feel you are a king: really big rooms with big beds, super clean. The best part is the staff: it is really nice, offered us fresh delicious fruit when we arrived at 10.30 pm and really good breakfast! Everything is perfect: stay here, you will not regret!
My boyfriend and I stayed at the Jade hotel for two nights. We were given the best service we have had throughout our travels in Vietnam. We were given fresh fruit and fruit juice on arrival and every time we came back we were given towels and more fresh juice. All the staff were really helpful when booking tours and transport. It was my birthday whilst we were staying so the staff helped my boyfriend buy flowers and a cake and even sang me Happy Birthday. A great little hotel!! Anna and Tim.
Great Hotel in the middle of the city of Hue. Super helpful with everything we asked for. Juice and mango on arrival! Amazing

Stayed for 2 nights in double room. Everything was fantastic. More like a hotel than a hostel and the service and facilities way over-deliver for the price. They give free fruit, juice and cold towels when arriving and when you enter which was a very nice touch. Great room and comfy bed. Breakfast was of a much higher standard than we experienced elsewhere in SEA. :)
Jade Hotel is a gorgeous 'boutique like' hotel located in central Hue, the staff were wonderful and very helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our short yet great stay at Jade and would highly recommend it.
Staff are so friendly and keen to assist in any way! After our bus dropped us pretty far away, we were knackered by the time we got there so it was amazing to be greeted with a cold glass of lemon juice and a fruit platter....which happened every time we returned from a day out :-) rose-petalled covered bed is a nice touch and they do the best banana pancakes! Helped us book a day tour and train tickets to Hanoi and let us have a shower before we left, even though we'd already checked-out!
Excellent and enthusiastic staff who will do anything to make your stay the best it can be. The room was spacious with a nicely equipped ensuite. The breakfast is great, as is the free tea/coffee, juice and fruit that they offer you whenever you come through reception. Helped us to sort an airport transfer and gave us good recommendations on what to see and do given our limited time.
Fantastic staff that make you feel very welcomed at a great price. If you want a respite from the dorm lifestyle stay here. You won't regret it!
The staff here are amazingly friendly and helpful. Every time we returned to the hotel we were given fresh fruit and juice/tea. It was such a lovely place to be and we felt very looked after.
A great place to stay. Amazing staff - kind, friendly, helpful and super-attentive. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Good location close to restaurants, atm's and a convenience store
One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. The best two things about this place are the staff, who are unbelievably hospitable and the location. You are in the centre without knowing you are there. Lovely comfy beds and a great travel desk top this place off. You have to stay here if you're in Hue.
Absolutely brilliant. The best hotel we have stayed in so far through South East Asia. The hotel organised a taxi for us when we arrived. Our room was upgraded when we arrived for no extra cost and the staff were amazing. They give you unlimited free juice whenever you get back to the hotel. Also breakfast is great.
The staff here are absolutely excellent and did everything they could to make us happy, including fresh fruit and cool towels basically every time we re-entered the building. The double room was really nice (air con was great and it had a huge balcony) and two staff also took us on a cheap and great motorbike tour of the main sites in Hue. For the price we paid, we were pleasantly surprised. Breakfast was cooked fresh for us (included) and it was just around the corner from bars and cafés.
The best place we've stayed in all of Vietnam. Fresh juice
Best hotel we have stayed at in our month of travelling Asia. Staff was phenomenal. Everything within the hotel that was done along with all the recommendations and your they organized outside was great. Constant care and assistance for anything we could have wanted. The little things to like coming inside when it was hot out and they gave us cold towels for your face and fresh fruit. Thoroughly enjoyed and if in hue I couldn't imagine spending time at another spot!

My stay at the Jade was very enjoyable. We were given fruit juice, fruit, and cold towels as soon as we arrived and each afternoon. The staff was so friendly and helpful. We booked the wrong room the first night and they eagerly changed our room. The rooms were clean and cosy and romantic. The hotel is in a cool old building. Also breakfast was great and made to order. The hotel is very close to the backpacker area but not too close and close enough to the citadel.
