Most friendly staff I ve ever met in a Hostel/Hotel!!! Definitely a great place to stay in Hue!!!

We really enjoyed this hotel and returned again after going to Hue for another night. The room was comfortable, clean and secure the staff were very friendly & helpful. On arrival each guest is given personal attention along with a glass of cool, fruit juice & a sliced mango. Breakfast too is excellent, not to usual toast and jam, but a choice of real food: omelets or ham & eggs or ....

A fantastic hostel with very comfy rooms and delicious breakfasts! The staff were incredibly helpful. We were made to feel very welcome from the minute that we walked in the door, and we were looked after extremely well! Try the banana pancakes for breakfast!

What a fantastic little hotel. The room was small but really neat and the staff literally could not do enough. They were really friendly and even spent some time beating my boyfriend at chess and telling us all about their city. The only downside was the private tour we booked through the hotel. Very expensive and then we had to pay entry fees at each attraction, plus he ignored our requests for lunch and ended up taking us to this ridiculously expensive restaurant. By that stage we were over it

The staff is outstanding. Best value for money I had in Asia so far! Try to get a room upstairs, the two on the ground floor are a bit smelly from humidity and the windows open to side alleys so you do not watn them open. Would stay there again!

The staff was absolutely spectacular. They always made sure we had clean towels and knew what to do around the city. The rooms were extremely clean. Breakfast, which was free every morning, was delicious and they even made me an omelette in the afternoon. This is a great hostel and I recommend it to anyone who is going to hue, Vietnam.

There was no room available at the Jade Hotel and they transfered us to another hotel : Holiday hotel which was really good!! Our accomodation was perfect!

Very nice place, very smart and clean. Great value for money. Has all amenities you could want and does a great breakfast. Most of all though it has the nicest, most helpful staff in the world! That's serious by the way, have travelled the globe and stayed in hostels through to 5 star hotels and their service was amazing.

Overall the hotel was lovely. On arrival we were met with welcome drinks and a plate of fruit. The only thing which wasn't great was the bed and AC on our room (101). The bed was very hard and the AC didn't seem to cool down to the temperature it was set to.

Excellent and very Clean!

We in the morning after the overnight train from Hanoi and were immediately treated to an excellent breakfast by the very friendly and helpful staff. Even though we arrived early, we were able to use one room while our others were prepared. I cannot recommend this place highly enough.

Absolutely loved this place and the staff are so friendly!! A plate of mango and coffee on arrival and cup of tea whenever in reception area using internet. The room was nice, although a little dark but comfortable. Very helpful for recommending sights and tours without being pushy and staff speak good English. We had a drama with train tickets (our own doing) and one of the staff came with me to the train station to fix the problem. Highly recommend this place, we had a really enjoyable stay

We had a great stay at Jade hotel, the staff were so friendly and great welcoming with mangoes and coffee. Would recommend to others.

Thank you so much to the friendly staff. We had such a great time there. I haven't seen such a great atmosphere in a hotel in Asia before. The breakfast was delicious and the room modern and clean.

A great little hotel with very helpful staff and great value for money. Our itinerary only allowed us to stay here one night, it's a shame we couldn't have stayed longer!

Only stayed one night wish it could have been. Booked a single room and was amazed to walk in, bed was huge and room clean and modern. Great staff, location, perfect. Probably best value for money i have stayed at in Vietnam

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The staff was friendly and helpful and the room was clean. I would highly recommend this hotel.
