The best staff at any Vietnamese hotel I've stayed at so far, and that is saying A LOT!

Accomodating staff that were always smiling and happy to help out. Upon arrival they have some fruit prepared and some tea. When we checked out early they had a staff member up and ready to make us breakfast! Home away from home.

Brilliant stay right from the lovely welcome (thank you for our honeymoon cake and rose petals!) through to our check out the service was fantastic with all the staff being lovely and making the effort to learn our names. The location was really good, the tour you arranged perfect and there was a good choice of breakfast items. Our room was also very comfy and well kept. We'd definitely recommend Jade Hotel.

Very friendly welcome by lovely staff. The Hotel is in walking distance to all highlights in town and you’re always welcome for a cool drink or a fruit plate. We had our clothes washed and they were returned on the same day. Breakfast was great, tasty and you can order ‘till your set up for the day. We had a good time and can highly recommend.

Very friendly staff, got breakfast on arrival at 9am the first day and also could get to my room immediately after! My room in 4th floor was very nice, spacious bathroom, and WiFi worked perfect in the room. Highly recommended!

This place was THE best. The most gracious hostel employees! My daughter and I were STUNNED when they greeted us with fresh juice and a nice towelette to be refreshed with while they deposited our heavy back packs into the room. A great assortment for a continental breakfast, too. Then when you return from your excursion they meet you AGAIN with juice. WONDERFUL, WONDERFUL, WONDERFUL people and hostel!!

Incredible service -- porter for your luggage, fresh juice when you arrive, rose petals on the bed and great breakfast! Room was clean and comfortable, though small bathroom. Great downtown location, too.

Clean basic rooms for a good price, but what really makes this a great hotel is the staff. Good breakfast, always a wet towel and a refreshing juice after a long day and great advice.

This is really a hotel....not a hostel...but at $20 a night it was still a terrific value. The bed was gigantic...the TV was brand new flat screen in room. Free Breakfast was very good. Best part was the service...upon stepping foot into the hotel....they serve you lemonade and fruit. I hadn't even registered yet...they take your bags up...they give you an umbrella when it was overcast (I took it on a tour for the whole day)...when you get back in the afternoon...they serve snacks and drinks!

The staff is very very friendly and is ready to help you if you need. During my long trip around the world, it's the best hotel I booked. Book it with no hesitation.
