Decent hostel, location was good. Our group had two different reservations and the staff messed them up, so that was annoying. This hostel is nothing spectacular, and if there is anything weird about your reservation, make sure you tell the staff.

Great location right next to hbf, couple other hostels right next to it with a good night life. Stayed in 40 pson barrack that seemed a little unsafe, and with that many people in one space someone is bound to wake you up in the night.

I stayed in the 40 bed dorm and you get what you pay for. The beds weren't comfortable and sleeping with 39 other people wasn't a pleasant experience, as the beds are packed in close together and there are no privacy curtains. On the other hand, everything was clean, I got a free shot of jaeger, and I had a 17-euro bed to sleep in on the night of the champions league final. All in all not a bad deal. Still, I'd pay a bit more to stay in a smaller room any day if given the opportunity.

good hostel but it has very big problems, at least in big rooms, there are just 2 or 3 plug in for 40 people... is so hard to find a plug for charging your cell phone. othe proble is that my matress was horrible and in the description of the hostel says that there is wifi in the whole hostel, and in my room there was no wifi.

The Bathrooms and toilet were so bad and dirty. The beds were so old and uncomfortable. The hostel staff was not really pleased. The location maybe is its better quality.

Average hostel in a great location. The bar was not nearly as much fun as Euro Youth's right next door.

If you don't mind sharing a room with 30 other people, this place is great. It is very close to the old town area and within a min minute walk to the train station. The bar area downstairs is very social and interactive place. There were a lot of people staying here while I was there, so it was a really good time and I met a lot of really cool people.

Great location. Staff can be a bit testy but are generally very friendly and easy to work with. Made friends with one named Karl. He's the man.

This hostel was nothing special. 40 person room was loud and it could have been cleaner. This hostel was more corporate and impersonal than others I have been to. Good location and thats about it.

Every time I went to the front desk seeking help I felt like I was annoying the staff members who always seemed too busy to care about any of the guests. With so many other hostels on that street alone I would never go baack to this hostel.

Giant dorm but segmented into blocks of ten, though all same room. Shower is push activated, three curtained stalls each for men and women, Why they designed it so you have to go through the showers to get to the toilet I don't know. Can be hard to sleep since there has to be at least one or two drunk idiots out of the forty bunks that are loud and inconsiderate when returning at 4am. Pay the tiny bit more and get a really good hostel right next door - that is if they aren't already fully booked

Great atmosphere with a nice Bar in the Lobby, excellent location, next to the train station and close to the tourist attractions. Didn't like the showers, further cleaning was needed.

The hostel was fairly average. It was clean, had a swipe card entry to the rooms and corridors and I did not find it too loud (I was in a shared 6 berth room). The best part about the hostel was the location, less than a few mins from the central train station in Munich.

Good beds but a little squeeky. Bathroom door opens to the side where everyone is sleeping , so if someone goes everyone wakes up. Air-con was not working fine , I asked at the first day for someone to fix it. nothing happend. I couldn\'t open a windows because my room was above the entrance wehere everyone including staff smoked. I orderd the room 3 weeks ahed and got the room at the first room where there was noise, changing people each day , and smoke. Did not meet all of my expactaions.

This is a good place to meet people and to get a cheap stay. I stayed in the 40 bed dorm and there are not enough showers and toilets for that many people. Besides, after only half the people used these facilities they are seriously gross.

we stayed at the 40 beds dorm, so we weren't expecting much. The bathrooms and showers were not very clean, but the worse was that after staying there for 2 night, we arrive for our 3rd night and there was someone in one of our beds, it was a mistake at reception that we had to solve.

The hostel itself was good, but we couldn't stay in a female dorm, so we stayed at a mixed dorm. hmmm...
