I think that the location of this hostel can barely balance the dirtiness of the rooms, the lack of some facilities (microwave, kitchen, also the rooms are very small) and the ridiculouse wifi connection.

Dear guest, thank you for your feedback and for staying at Jaeger's Hostel! We are very sorry for the inconvenience according to WIFI (we are more than working on it!!) and dirt in your room. Last thing always can be reported to our staff and we clean the rooms asap again. We try best but shared rooms always have the risk of become a mess pretty quick. Just let us know and we clean up again asap! Best regards The Jaegers

Too cold at night in the 40 bed dormitory. People were too noisy. Maybe the hostel must encourage to keep the respect and the silent from 12:00 to 8:00.

Dear guest, thank you for your feedback and for staying at Jaeger's Hostel! We are very sorry for the inconvenience according to cold and noise. Usually our heaters should work pretty good but 40 people need to decide if windows are open or not - that is quite an issue :) We also have security to keep an eye on loud folks but 300 guest on a weekend night is a bit loud no matter what. Please always feel free to complain at reception and we'll send somebody to clear these things immediately! Best wishes The Jaegers

I only stayed one night at the hostel because I was passing through Munich, but if I am ever to come back I will stay here again. The bartender was a great guy, the atmosphere was very welcoming, and the rooms were clean and equipped with everything I needed.

While this hostel was very reasonably priced and in a good location, the 40-bed dorm where we stayed was cold, the beds were uncomfortable, there were approx. 3 power points for the entire room and the bathroom was across the hall in another dorm. In addition to this, the showers were designed in such a way that there was no privacy with completely transparent doors. All in all, would recommend due to price for a very short term stay. You would not want to be here for more than 2 days.

It was very great! The staffs were very friendly, the ambiance was super, the location is the best!! The only weakness is about the facility - less toilet and plug in. But overall it was a good hostel. Love you Jaeger's Hostel

Good security. Good sized vertical lockers. Very convenient location within 1 minute walk from Munich HBF (the main central station), so handy if you're arriving late. 40 bed dorm is actually not too bad - it's broken up into 10 bed lots and reasonably dark and quiet to get some sleep.

Probably my least favorite hostel that I've stayed at so far. Not bad for a night or two, but I wouldn't want to stay there for any longer than that.

It's the best hostel I've ever been at. I'm a girl traveling alone and it felt like home: the happy hour at the bar is incredible and the atmosphere is really, really GREAT. I met a lot of people there and for the two nights I stayed there I always had company to have a drink in the bar. I would stay there again a million times. And for 10€ a night it was not only the best hostel I have ever been at, but the cheapest one also. You CANNOT find anything better than this in Munich

Awesome place to stay. Met some amazing people there. The girl behind the bar needs to relax a bit and stop having a go at people for not getting enough tip money.

Hostel is very sociable - great bar and friendly staff. Internet access on computers is quite slow and a bit expensive (€1 for 20 mins). Security is great - enough huge lockers for one each and key card access everywhere. Dorm room is fine - not too cramped - feels more like 4 separate rooms, but does get very hot at night. Bathroom facilities look a bit old, but work fine and were kept clean. Location is OK - very close to Hauptbahnhof but a fair walk from all the sights.

Jaeger's was an awesome hostel! It wasn't perfect, but considering the prices, I was ok with that. The beds were very squeaky, which was annoying. The breakfast was pretty good. The staff were awesome! The bar wasn't the best, so we just went next door to the other hostel which had a much more lively and fun bar. Overall, a very good stay. I ended up staying 2 days more because I met awesome people and it was cheap.

Jaeger's really made my stay in Munich special. My only suggestion would be to change the shower screens to opaque.

I stay in hostel for 4 nights and it was a nice place to stay. Located near train station and 5 -7 minutes walk from the center. Rooms are quite clean and comfortable. Staff is very helpful and nice. Wi-fi was working in my room on the 1st floor, but not everyday. I would like to recommend to everybody to stay in this hostel. And as my friend said it is better not to book room with 40 beds, cause you can hear how chairs in the bar are moving all night )
