Good: Extremely helpful and friendly staff, location could not be better, hostel has character. Bad: The bedrooms have got walls made of stone that release dust which made me sneeze and cough making it difficult to sleep. Otherwise clean. I spoke to 3 other people who used the hostel and only I seemed to suffer so maybe that's just me. Due to the stone walls the free WIFI signal has difficulties getting into the room so you need to go to the common room to connect.

It is possible to leave the luggage after the check out at the hostel which can be helpful if you want to walk around Jerusalem last day before the departure. Michael.

The owner of the hostel was extremely friendly and helpful, and it was a great room, especially for the price. Prime location, too. Would go again.

Great loved it it was like living in history every thing in the old city was so handy. It is the only very cheap accomodation in the old city. very safe i am a single mum with 3 kids i felt so safe. they have a small kitchen which i did not need to use as it is very easy to find so many samll resturant for very good price. The staff were very helpfhul and kind there to help all the time. Great i recommend it to single or group booking very good value for money you can not have a better place.

It is one of the worst hostels I've ever seen. The room has no heating, we were there at +15C, what if it would have been the next week with snow? You can have heater for 25 shekel(!), but it burns out all the air in the room and is dangerous as the body is plastic and already melted. The toilet and bathroom are dirty as well as the room. In the kitchen you even can not get hot water, but instant coffee is available for 5 shekel. It is not funny!

We stayed in two different rooms during our visit. The other was very clean and nice, the other quite moldy.

The staff is very helpful and friendly, the location is the best! The hostel uses blankets and sheets, the room was very dusty, and I sneezed the whole night. The floor in the shower was rusty and didn't look inviting. But for this price in the center, it is okay.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms clean and the location is great. When many people are there, the bathroom and shower facility can be a bit of an issue. The location and price can't be beat.
