Jajce is a little gem of a town with some interesting historical sights and nice river and lake, well worth visiting to get off the beaten backpacker track (there are tourists that come here but not so many backpackers). Good basic kitchen facilities, no bunk beds in the dorm, staff (owners daughter) was friendly and very helpful organising taxi's etc. If you are traveling alone you may not meet many other travelers here so keep that in mind, but good for a break.
Don't expect anythimg and you won't be disappointed... A massive hostel without spirit neither atmosphere and don't expect any help from the staff... But clean and functional place to stay (there isnt any other hostel anyway!) and the beds are confortable (and no bunk beds!!)
It's worth it : the beds are old but the bathrooms are clean and the price is really low.
Really nice hostel. Lovely staff and a great place to be.

The hostel is a little outside of town, but only 5 or 10 minutes walk as the town is so little. The room I was in had 2 beds, though I signed up for a dorm. It was clean and very average, though there was no atmosphere and seemed slightly like an abandoned hospital or orphanage, perhaps due to the lack of people. The staff was kind.
It was very good that we could get to downtown in a 10 minutes walk. Jajce is worth to see, and there are some good places where you can eat, drink, etc.
We had a big 2 bed private room. You can have breakfast for €2,50 at the cafe next door. Breakfast we had was good :-) Bus station and centre of the old town are about 10 minutes walk.
The Good: Clean Rooms, decent price, and good location. The Bad: The bathrooms had no toilet paper and staff did/would not put new ones in. The toilet leaked, nothing done. One of the staff members was not very friendly and was upset we didn't want to leave our luggage in the public restaurant next door instead of in the locked office. The bike rentals are expensive, and one has a flat tire. There is a lot of potential in this place, but they are they are the only game in town and they know it.
Fantastic stay at Jajce! Dragana was very friendly to me, lending me the bike for free, so i am very thankful for that! The hostel itself is really clean and spacious, there is a huge common room down there together with the kitchen.
Great hostel. Location is close to the major sites. It was very clean and internet worked well. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. I hope to return to Jajce and would be happy to stay here again.
It is in a good location and you have access to kitchen and the wifi worked well in the room!
The room was a bit cold and there were no lockers inside, but overall the hostel was ok, very well located near the historical center and easy to reach from the bus station. The staff was nice, wi-fi is good.
The hostel was really easy to find if you followed the map given in the photos. The staff were welcoming and gave us an free upgrade, rooms very cute and such good value for money. Easy walking distance from town but in a nice quite location. Very happy.
The room was big, confortable and clean and the staff nice. We arrive at night and was a little bit difficult to find it. It hasn't got a youth hostel atmosphere (at least when we stayed there).
I could recommend it for a short stay in Jajce. The whole hostel is new and still under construction. That means the kitchen und living room is not really finished. But the rooms are new with an ensuite bathroom and everything is very clean.
Simple hostel in a small town. Clean rooms with clean bathrooms. Kitchen small and a bit grubby but still usable. If you've made it to Jajce you're probably just looking for something clean, cheap and nothing fancy. This is it. The highlight is the giant local market they have directly in front of the hostel, fun to experience the real local life.
Good location, just outside the old town. Rooms were spacious and clean. Not a lot of people when we stay in the hostel so it was quite empty, but Jajce is a nice city.
Staff at the hostel very helpful and even picked me up from the centre when I asked someone for directions. Very clean bedrooms. However, the kitchen is quite ill equipped and sometimes it can be difficult to locate a staff member. As the only hostel in town, it's certainly a comfortable place to stay, but could just improve a few small things to be a really great place.
