The manager was really helpful. Jakarta is a very huge city with a LOT of traffic and she helped us to go through this: found us a car with driver, took us with her to the chinese market, etc.

not really a hostel type of accommodation. a huge house with a pool. really indonesian vibe to it. we had very personal conversations with the owner. and we were treated like vip s. location is good if you like to be outside the busy busy city dynamics and close to some things on the outskirt of the city. to go to the center regularly, it is not a good place. and we had a great time but if you are looking for \'fun\' like party and entertainment, this is not the place. for local life: yes

Essentially a homestay so you\'ll probably see more of the family than other travellers - great if you want to experience a suburban Jakartan lifestyle. Swimming pool was fantastic after a hot day\'s sightseeing. Location is not close to the centre of town, so it will take you a while to get anywhere. If you\'re not in a hurry though, the printed directions from the staff are great and the local busses from the end of the street make it easy, if not quick, to get around. Of course it's pretty far from the center, but because of this, you are relax and calm....and you can rest quite good. Moreover, the staff is very helpful...they give us a lot of advice that were very interesting for our trip around indonesia

Good clean place with friendly staff. Location is not to convienient if you are only staying for 1 night since its quite a trip from the airport to there. Advantage of this is that it is very quiet so no problems getting a good night sleep :) But all in all a good place to stay.
