Our stay was pleasant, the hosts charming and very helpful. Thanks to both of them, we had no trouble whatsoever finding the locations we needed to visit for our business and they advised us where to go to spend a nights out. We very much recommend Jamraka Homestay!

I really enjoyed my stay at Jakra. It's in a nice quiet neighborhood full of family homes. Feels very safe to walk around, even at night. Ciro and his mother are wonderful, able to answer any questions and direct you to the sights and attractions around Panama City and the rest of the country. The tradeoff for being in a nice,safe neighborhood is that you have to take a bus or taxi to get to places (although that's true in most of the city). I would recommend Jakra.

Very laid back and easy going place to stay with nice, helpful people. No check-out time proved to be very advantageous because we had a bus to catch at 11pm, and hung out at the hostel till 10pm. Would stay here again.
