Excelente!

Amazing! Everything is really clean, new, neat. The atmosphere is really receptive and comforting. There were lockers in the rooms to put whatever you want. The staff was the best ever, couldn't be better, helped us in every way possible. When I get back to Lisbon I know where to stay!

The best place I've ever stayed and the staff was extremely nice and helpful. It is also very close to the city centre and very easy to access the centre from Santos. I would definitely stay again and recommend it to everyone. ;)

We didn't know much about the city and the girl wasn't terribly helpful when we asked about where we should go. I guess it's not a tourist information office, which is where we went after. Breakfast was good! Bread, cereals, coffee, juices etc. The hostel is quite clean throughout and very modern. The showers (male at least!) aren't great. The curtain is useless so the room gets flooded and when you pop out to get dressed you're beside the door so everyone can see you when someone opens it.

More than I expected. 1 of my favorite to date &would come back in a heartbeat. Provided everything they said; clean facilities, free wifi/modern laptops for more Internet. The atmosphere is tranquil+homey. Safe &secure! Lockers in room. Comfortable beds! The breakfast was good & kitchen has everything you need to enjoy a cooked meal. Most important was the willingness of the staff to help us order by phone in Portuguese bus tickets to our next destination in Lagos. She helped until we were set.

Very nice and clean Hostel with a lovely atmosphere and big rooms. Staff-team helps a lot and is alway there for you. Breakfast ok, coffee available all day! ;) We enjoyed it a lot and will come back.

The hostel is very well located and i was very well received by the people responsible. Where such facilities, the room and living room are comfortable, and kitchen and bathroom were very clean. I'll be back for sure and recommend

Great hostel, very clean, and well located! The staff was very helpful while I was preparing my lisbon's sightseeing!

It's a great hostel, very clean,and the staff are very helpful, i was with 2 very big bags and the lady who works there help me to bring them to my room! the only problem was that the showers was in a very small place (not the bathroom, the bathroom was big, only the showers)! BUT, i dont think that was a real problem! i really enjoyed!
