This is a very decent hostel with a lovely pool!
The place is really cozy and the stuff very nice and really helpful, They are willing to answer every of ypir questions. We checked out in the morning but we were hanging out there until the evening without any problem. I would go back there without any doubt!! Thanks!

must visit the place, very nice and has a swimming pool.
Incredible value for money for the dorm room. 5 USD for an 8 bed dorm (with only 3 people there), with breakfast included and a pool. Not to mention pickup from the airport Staff were pleasant, but quite robotic with poor english and little personal skills
I stayed here for almost 5 days and it was totally worth it. Nice people around, it's quite close to the pub street (like 15-20 mins walking) otherwise you can take one of the tuk tuks that are outside the hostel. The breakfast and in general the food is really tasty and really cheap. I completely recommend this place.
Very accommodating staff. Great pool and great value for money with a cooked breakfast.
Great hostel, very friendly and helpful staff, comfortable room. The bed was more comfortable than that in my own home!:) The swimming pool was a very nice addition, great to unwind after a day of exploration of the temples. Bicycles for rent are very good quality. The restaurant serves good, fresh food, cooked to order. I definitely recommend this hostel.
It was very nice there. We took the Mini bus from Pattaya to the Border in Poi Pet and we had some Problems there so we called the hostel and they helped us. The hostel is very nice and the location is good. Just a few minutes to walk into the city. You can also book a tuc tuc, tour guide or even the bus directly from Siem Raep to Bangkok there.

This place nickel and dimed us to death. I asked to make a fast local call and she slapped and iPhone timer in from of me. We asked for butter for the baguette at breakfast and they charged us. You had to go down to the front desk to ask for toilet paper because they didnt restock the room with it. Super unhelpful, unfriendly staff. The girl that cleaned the rooms was the only smiling face in the place!!! Thank god for the pool literally the saving grace!
I booked into a dorm, but that was full so I was given a single at the new place over the road. They still let me use the pool and all the facilities at the original place. It is a bit of a walk to the main restaurant/bar area of Siem Reap, but very good value for money, and the pool makes the place!
Didn't actually get to stay here. Our flight was delayed so i emailed them twice to make sure they were aware of the situation, but got no response. On arrival, they told us they had given the room away. We left and found another place that the driver suggested, and of course I got an email from the Jasmine Family Hostel within half an hour telling me that they were still going to charge me. Not happy!
Highly Not recommend to anyone. Appointment was made but not allowed to check in until we waited for 3hours till 1200pm. Wifi is Not good even in lobby, completely not able to access in room. Staffs are not helpful, laundry services on mon and we were told the cloths can be taken on tue. However, our cloths were ready on thu, and more importantly, we lost some cloths in the laundry. We lived in the first floor and it was very noisy. Terrible hostel I've ever stay.

Great hostel, a bit farther out from the city center than most but the pool makes up for it!
I booked this place a day ahead of time, but when I got there they said they were overbooked so they sent me to the unfinished jasmine 2, there were no real relaxing areas, no pool, none of the other stuff that is listed on the regular jasmine family hotel. The manager told me that the room was 2 dollars cheaper because he had to move me, so I assumed that meant that my 12 dollars a night booking would be 10 dollars, but at checkout it was 12 dollars, which he explained was because there was ac.
We travelled from Bangkok into Siem Reap and on arrival were very tired. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly even taking our bags to the room for us. The food was well prepared and a very reasonable price. The atmosphere was brilliant with other travellers also staying there. It was brilliant to have a pool and relax and take a dip after a day out. This hotel is 100% worth staying at because of the very helpful ,polite and attentive members of the staff team. Thank you
really nice place to stay, good food and the environment is really nice, the staff is always keen to attend you.
Perfect location and facilities for a great exploration of Angkor temples
