All the great things you've read about this hotel are true. The staff is incredible. The breakfast is wonderful. The hotel is clean and was our sanctuary in Hanoi. We rented two rooms for our group. We booked the over night trip to Ha Long Bay through the hotel which was fantastic. The transfer from the airport were perfect. So easy and cheap with only US$ 18 for the private car each way (40kms). This is quite possibly the best hotel stay we've ever had. Can't wait to return to this hotel

Overall experience was good! Would have like a window in my room but after a long journey from Sapa a bed with a pillow was good enough for me :)

We were on the street side 6 levels up on a v hard bed the 1st night but we moved to the back, quieter with softer bed which was much better. Staff were great and most helpful with calls and flight issues sorted out without cost. Breakfast included was v good with variety. Would stay here again!

Wonderful hostel, the staff couldn't be friendlier or more accommodating. Not at all pushy with travel options, even praised our choice of company for a trip we had already booked, but they will help you sort out train tickets etc. very well. They let us take a shower before boarding night train to Sapa, which was great after walking around Hanoi all day. Rooms are good, rooms with a balcony are not worth the extra because there is no way you ever open the door - AC is too important!

Great location. Great service. We were able to check in early and they even upgraded our room with no extra cost. The tour we booked with the hotel was also great. The wifi was a bit slow but other than that it was a satisfying experience. Very recommended.

One of the best hotel experiences I have ever had in south east Asia. Extremely helpful staff that assisted us in booking excursions, train tickets, etc. Amazingly nice people. Fantastic service. Lovely, clean rooms. Great location. If I came back to hanoi I would not stay anywhere else. Incredible value!!

We arranged transportation from the hostel, our flight ended up being delayed 4 hours and no one was there at 12 am, even though they had our flight number and could have just checked. We ended up taking a taxi (there were only a few and refusing meters) to find the hotel locked. The next day the staff blamed us for being late. We also found the place not worth the cost b/c you must pay for everything (breakfast, pick up, maps, tours fees, etc) all stuff that would be free elsewhere.

The friendliest staff I've ever seen! We wanted to hug them for being so nice.

Clean, comfortable, good shower, comfortable bed, nice breakfast. Helpful and friendly staff- available at all times. Happy to advise on what to do/ where to go. Also run a tourist service for booking trips etc. Great location - very close to lake and plenty of shops and restaurants. Would definitely recommend.
