When we arrived 2 days before the fullmoon party the dorm and the toilet were quite clean but after five days without cleaning it just looked disgusting! But they have a nice bar and restaurant, its in the middle of everything and the aircon is was wonderful :)

It was a good stay for Full Moon Party, the AC worked well, clean beds. Nothing to lock your stuff - but free lockboxes. Wifi only at the bar (which had really good and cheap food). While the Full Moon Party time the street was quite crowded and music played every night - so make sure you're a part of the party, because you won't get sleep easily. Located near to the beach and many bars and food places. Liked it !

Air conditioned dorm for cheaper than most other fan dorms right in the middle of Haad Rin.... nothing more you can ask for for full moon. Admittedly the cleaning isn't the best but a great hostel with friendly helpful staff. Perfect for full moon!

it was ok, but I had an accident on a motorcycle and I was sleeping on the top bunk and I asked them If they could change me to another room where I could sleep on the bottom bed. They had a free room but they didnt help me because they needed more people in the room so they can open it, even if I was staying there for a week and eating there everyday. So I moved to another hostel

The staff were friendly and very patient. The restaurant there is good and has decent priced drinks. The room could have been cleaned better and there were bare wires in two places. I liked how it was hidden back a bit from all the chaos of the full moon party, but the music that they played(in the restaurant) starting at 10am was horrendous covers of top 40 songs which they played on repeat every day (just brutal when you've been out til sunrise)

I was here at the full moon. And someone throwed up at our dorm. They cleaned it after 2 days. I had to ask for it. Even after de cleaning there was still some vommit on the floor. But oke that's just the full moon party. The beds were nice, the staff friendly. The location is 2 min walk from haad rin (full moon beach).

Excellent location from the pier and for full moon party The beds were horrendous felt like sleeping on concrete My friend had a smaller 4 bed dorm room and a cat had climbed in through the ceiling and into bed with her at night

The Staff were friendly even though didn't give us any discount. We took a four bed room and was quite simple, clean but had mosquitoes inside when we arrived which is annoying. The bathroom was just ok, no hot water (I don't think it's necessary at all but I must say it) and a bit small. You can play billiard for free and chill out in the common area with a drink or eating something. Acceptable dormitory.

So a really well located hostel, right in th heart of the city and not too far from either beach but importantly the sunrise beach for the FMP. Free pool, inexpensive drinks but average meals. Our dorm wasn't cleaned throughout the 4nights I was there but maybe that's just the way during a FM. Youre rarely in your room/in much of a state to care anyway. The dorm was right by their cheap bottle-o too which was very handy indeed! Good, reliable wifi in rooms.

Decent beds and pillows, great location to full moon beach, and decent price. That's about all you need when partying in Haad Rin!

The beds where clean. Shower was ok, not that clean but a good pressure, cold mind. Airconditioner was nice and strong. Had a good bunch of people in my dorm for the FMP. If you are after quiet though this is not you place as the next floor down there's a loud bar with a DJ every night. It was a good place for meeting people.

Jaya's dormitory is rather well located but the locker room is not practical in that it is closed between midnight and 9am. So if you want to leave early in the morning, don't forget to take of your stuff from the locker.. Also the facilities concerning the bathroom could be better especially in the dorms.

Went for new year and full moon so cost was high and had to stay min of 7 nights, beds hard, air con was rubbish , would say 17 but felt like 30! In 4 bed dorm, never saw the cleaner come, didn't empty bins or sweep the floor. Communal area was part of restaurant, wifi good only there, if u weren't eating and it was busy got ask to move not what you want when you want to chill, wouldn't recommend

I've been to many places and this hostel was great; staff is extremely helpful and friendly, it's kept quite clean, the restaurant they have below is delicious and cheap, it's located in the middle of everything, they have safety lockers so no worries, all in all a good time here; that is if you can put up with a VERY tightly packed 20 person dorm, 1 shower / 1 bathroom between you, and loud beats playing out your window all night! Suck it up, it's a fantastic time :) ++
