The hostel is located in very strategic location, and not to mention its has a great environment and the staffs are indeed friendly, but I have some issue with the toilet sometimes the water didn't run properly. But overall I am quite satisfied with it.

Jaya's was a really lovely place to stay. The staff were wonderful and always ready to help. The rooms were basic but the location more than made up for: by the lake, close to the pier and the beach!

Very close to everything, few minutes away from Haad Rin Beach. When I booked this hostel they said it was a 10 bed dorm room but it was actually a 18 bed.. Security Lockers were located in another building & there was not many :( Front door didnt lock and bedroom door was always left unlocked by other guests so anyone could come in, didn't feel very safe! One guy had money robbed from his pocket while sleeping.. Ok for one or 2 nights, nice common room downstairs with tv & DVDs. Budget Accom ..

Jayas is in a good location in Haad Rin, so ideal if you are looking for somewhere for the Full Moon Party. The rooms are really basic though (bunk beds with no bars, no windows in the room, centipedes in the bathroom etc) and the staff aren't exactly welcoming. The food there is however very tasty!

It was just not what I expected, I don't think I would stay there again unless I was really desperate.

Good value for the money. At first they attemtped to put me in a 24 bed dorm, even though I had booked a 10 person dorm. They were very accomodating to move me when I brought this to their attention. Beds are very close together so its good I got along with everyone in my dorm. this was a great place to stay for full moon, right in the middle of all the hostels, but I would never stay here if i wasnt going to full moon party.

I was extremely impressed with Jayas. They had lockers that were big enough to put cameras and laptops in and the staff were excellent. The location is great as it's only a 3 minute walk away from Haad Rin Nok and one of the the busiest streets party wise. Definitely stay here if you want to party! Highly recommended and would definitely stay here again.
