One lady working behind the desk was very rude, but apart from her everything was great. The cleanest hostel I have stayed at in the States, the location was great and Ernesto who organises the pub crawls is a legend!

Everything was ok. The only pity was that after 10P you wasn't allowed to sit outside anymore(on the terrace). And that was to my opinion a little bit to early to prevent any noise complaints from the neighbourhood.

When my flight was delayed and I called that I would check in the next day, they didn't notify me that check in time was later, than the time I told them I would be there.

Despite the negative comments on the page, I was actually positively surprised. For never having stayed at a hostel, I must say most of the staff were very helpful, there were activities every night, and they were more than happy to help out with anything i needed. The Pancakes were delicious. Only thing was I had a crazy guy in my room that would wake me with "Good morning Sexy" If I was staying there again, I would definitely make sure I was staying in an ALL GIRL ROOM. Nice location!!

The atmosphere was super because of the other guests. After 11pm the staff began acting rude and the breakfast just were a few pancakes which you only received if you had been early enough. Breakfast time was described between 9 and 10 am but sometimes they ran out of pancakes at 9.45! At the Check in and Check Out the staff was friendly and helpfull.

we were there only for one night, but it seemed ok. Very bad breakfast system, extremely messy and slow. You have to wait fpr a long time to get it. Very far away from the cool part of south beach. Definotely needs a car and parking there is a mess

Good points: Perfect location (close to the beaches, the clubs), very easy access to the airport (just one bus to take), events every nights to go out Bad points: The staff is not nice, you have to pay to let your luggages for the last day, the breakfast is not good (just pancakes again and again)

We stayed there during the Ultra Music Festival and the rates were three times as high as usual. 60$ a night for a hostel is completely unreasonable. There is only one bathroom for 12 people which wasn't enough. The location is excellent. You need to bring you own lock. Wifi only works in the lobby. The hostel organizes nights out in the clubs but the deals were questionable sometimes and some of the clubs quite sketchy.

There was an individual by the name of Marie, who had the nastiest tone of voice and attitude, hence my score. When we were putting our bags up she gave us this look of "I have to open the door again for you" along with a nasty tone of voice that seemed condusive to belittering . How can we tell she had a bad attitude? Well, the other two guys we were helped by at front desk were as friendly as they get along with the cleaning staff, and very welcoming. We were talked to like if we were kids!

A good location, you can actually have a good night rest especially with earplugs! Beds are ok, shower was hot and good, clean. Breakfast were pancakes with chocolate, did not taste ok. I went outside to get food. Only stayed here for 2 days because the weekend price was to high ! . ($75 ex tax due to Ultra fest. BEst things is that the rooms have HOTEL Passes to lock/open the door! So don't worry that somebody just leaves the door open.

It was expensive compared with with hostels I had been in the entire world (south america and Europe). I can undestand because it was on the weekend of UMF. The beds could be better and I missed lockers in the room where we could store eletronics, cellphones, money, cameras and passport. The internet had issues, but we fixed it :) One important great point was the air conditioning in the room!
