Worst hostel I've ever stayed at!!! I've been backpacking for 2 years and this was by far the worst! I booked a 4 bed dorm for 3 people and when we got there they seperated us as they said they didn't have enough room for 3 people to be together which turned out to be a lie!!! Beds remind me of what I'd seen at a recent trip to Alcatraz! Lame kitchen no mugs, greasy plastic plates! Staff TERRIBLE! Rude & unhelpful! Do not stay here!!! Worst ever! Especially woman on reception!!

I loved my time at Jazz On South Beach. met some amazing people and the staff were so cool and helpful. Would definitely recommend. Only problem you will have is the bed, which takes some time getting used to, and you won't want to leave.

the rooms were very clean and I was happy to know that pancakes for breakfast were included :) however when i first saw the hostel from the outside it looked trashy and the reception area wasnt that great and had a funny smell but the rooms were really good and very clean! would definitely recommend to friends :)

This hostel was very close to the beach and many shops and restaurants. It is a bit of a walk to Lincoln Road.

It is defenitly no party hostel like it is written in the information. They have strict quite hours. It's only two minutes to the beach! Breakfast is two pancakes (2) and coffee. It is very close to restaurants and pharmacys. little lockers in your room for your valueabels. Everyday fresh towels. You have to pay for Internet.

I did not like the way I was treated! I have came a long way and when I got there with my passport, the staff didn't take me in and they were talking about I need other ID! Fortunately, I went to another hostel on the beach and they have took me in with no problem! I will never go back to this hostel again!

It was my first time staying at a Hostel and my expectations were VERY low-so on entering Jazz Hostel it complete turned everything around!!.. staff were friendly and helpful rooms were clean and tidy.. any minor issues were dealt with immediately.. the receptionists.. wow she went out of her way to ensure we had an amazing stay!! location is perfect, just a few minutes walk to a good breakfast and strip where the clubs are.. it has been one of my best and cheapest holiday Thank you Jazz hostel

it's a great place for to stay vacations in Miami,

our stay at this hostel was very BAD!! First night I got bitten by bed bugs and I had bites all over my body, they changed my room but I still got new ones... It's the cheapest hostel bu please add two dollars more and you have ten time better hostel... I'm sure of it!

graet meals in 4-5$ great night out program! u all the time in the best places at great costs! great people and location! 8 doorms a little croewded but its great that u have a bethroom and restroom inside the room! great prices for miami beach!

all of the reception staff i encountered were unfriendly, lazy and a bit strange ... the cook was lovely though !! joel !! the hostel was fine but didnt have nearly as much atmosphere as miami beach hostel which i stayed at previously.

They do not know how to deal with a complaint of one of their customers when issues are arised in the rooms. Cleanliness was under owr expectations.

All in all a nice and good hostel! But only if you don't want to spent time in it! Pros:- everyday a cheap lunch and dinner available - everyday a opportunity to go to a club cheaper - friendly and capable staff Contras: - on the first day I was confronted with theft ( remember to bring a locker woth you) - we had a whole in the roof through which constantly drop water ( at least I hope i was water ;-p) - no chair, table or even cupboard in the room. Only the beds which made the room quite...

In general a good Hostel, the cheap meals are quite good but it sucks to pay extra to use the computer or have a safe. My main complain would be the staff behind the front desk, they both had the same enthusiasm as a wall mart cashier.

The staff was very unfriendly, if you ask something, you get just a very short unfriendly answer. It was ridiculous!!! But the hostel was very clean and the food very good.

The checkin clerk was wrong. The next day I had to pay for late check-out, and had paid the reservation for two days. Did not return my money for the mistake they committed. Not found it correct, therefore, not recommend to anyone.

One Block from the Beach which is excellent, Hostel has a night out to a different club organised every night which was exactly what I was after. I have stayed at this hostel twice in two years and would highly recommend it for both the price and atmosphere in the Hostel.
