You get what you pay for here. I understand that the staff need to do their jobs but the girl at the front desk is rude, gives you no guidance about what to do where to go etc. Acts like a guard dog and is just generally unhelpful. The other guys were ok... - the rooms are decent enough if you stay in an 8 bed. the 12 people rooms are ridiculously crowded. the kitchen is small and there is only one fridge for everyone. wifi only works in the lobby. apart form that, GREAT location

Didn't find staff members overly welcoming, but they were knowledgeable. I stayed in an all female dorm, lockers were not available in the room, which I was disappointed about.

We always stay here when visiting South Beach. Its a great location one block from the beach and close to nightlife. Gr eat club options offered nightly. Informative and helpful staff. Clean facilities. Safe digital lockers for your electronics/pedsonal stuff. pancake breakfast :-)

it is a nice hostel. people who stay there are pretty cool. everybody comes there to have fun and good time. it is a steal price for the location. the stuff aren't really courteous. not friendly! and the facility lacks cleanliness. besides that i had a great time spending time with complete strangers

Staff was very friendly and very helpful at the reception, cleaners no so much. Location was very good (if you wanna stay in South Beach). Lots of young people, backpackers etc. Beds were okay, not very comfortable but clean, no bed bugs. Shower was good. All in all, quite a nice hostel, if you're young and don't mind uncomfy beds and drunk roomies.

The mattress was very bad and old, I have had backache, the cleanness unsatisfactory.

The hostel is very well located, but the people that works is so rude and at 10:00pm you cant' be outside where's some tables to chill and talk, also you have to pay for every bags you put in the luggage, so if you have 3 bags (no matter the size) you'll pay 4 dollars per bag. The bedrooms doesn't have a big locker, you just can put a little bag or your laptop. the kitchen closes at 11:00pm so if you are hungry, it's better you go walk to find somewhere to eat.

It was not hot outside, but AC in the room was constantly on, making us freeze at night.

Worst hostel I've ever stayed in due to the staff. Laundry room is only open from 5pm-11pm and during this time the hostel uses it still and locks it . The kitchen facilities are only open from 8am-11pm which if you are going on any booked tour you can't access anything even a bottle of water and when I asked if I could get my things out of the fridge they replied you should have prepared earlier I tried to argue the point that food goes off but they were too dumb and ignorant to understand DUMB
