Bathrooms are questionably clean, I was not impressed. The place has a lot of \"buts.\" For example, the bathrooms have hairdryers, BUT they only run on cold. The place has Wifi, BUT it\'s super slow and doesn\'t work most of the time (which the staff acknowledged). You get towels, BUT you need to leave ID. There\'s free breakfast, BUT it\'s cereal. I mean yeah it is a hostel, right? But you can\'t claim all these awesome things and then half-ass them, you know? Place was annoyingly far away.

Great hostel. Subway stop very closeby, very nice atmosphere and very helpful staff. Wireless internet is very iffy though. Not a problem with speed, but just very difficult to get and stay connected.

My room and shower (302) was way too cold, and the shower room can use a few hooks on the wall (a very cheap fix that makes a huge difference). The bad is a sad bag of springs, but usable. The pub crawl was great, and made up for the rather shoddy amenities. Great social aspect.

The corridors and rooms look old and shabby, to my eyes. Get the same charming atmosphere that is in the common space into the other parts of the building!!!

Correct hostel. - cons: double private room was noisy (people in the corridor and fan in the bathroom) and was small, breakfast at 9AM (late), no ability to set heater (too hot in the bedroom and staff only reduced it later), nothing to put our belongings in the bathroom, no free internet access on desktop computer (2$/30 mins), mattress wasn't clean - pros : checking 24/24, breakfast included, touristic information, metro isn't far (but necessary to go to the center), free wifi

I have travelled to NYC quite a few times but never got so little for the money I paid. I left the hostel after 1 day and I was happy to get my money back for the remaining days. My new accommodation was better located, with a much better room but costed less money. Would not go again to Jazz On The Park...

Wifi should be available in every room. Dryers should work better.

Our trip to the Jazz hostel was average, then again it is a hostel. The staff were friendly and the place was relatively clean. However, our room had a water type heater in it, that constantly made extremelly, loud noises every five minutes, the noise was that loud that it would wake us up. I wouldn\'t stay there again but overall it was alright.

Everything about this hostel was above and beyond my expectations! Amazing, outgoing staff, a great breakfast, extremely comfortable beds, perfect location, and a fantastically fun weekly schedule to boot! Wish I had been there longer! My only criticism: the curtains in the bathrooms for the showers need to be larger. Other than that, perfection! Thanks for an amazing stay!

The female staff were very rude... every morning they have bad attitude, and I saty 5 days so I don`t recommend the hostal , they don`t answer the questions and no helpful at all ... the male staff in the nights are very nice people , but I think you can book something better for the same price
