Some of the front desk satff could benefit from training on being pleasnt. When trying to obtain towels i was led to a laundry room with a few stiff towels that appeared to have been used for cleaning so I chose to drop $10 to buy one from a store. The person I was traveling with had her bed taken the second night, luckily there was another open bed in the room. The AC was not so great either. really well located hostel. Easy access to most of New York. Staff are very helpful. Just think may be there should be lockers in the rooms to save you carrying all your stuff around with you and was in room right next to the common room was good for internet but not great for sleep may be look at getting a spring on the door so it stays closed. but otherwise had a great stay thanks really well located hostel.
