This is someones apartment who rents his rooms. You never get to see him because he doesn´t live there, so if you have any questions you are on your own. I had to cancel the reservation of a night of the room and told him a couple of days in advance and still got charged for the whole night (he needs 30 days in advance notice, so if you are backpacking, keep this in mind). Also he recommended me to take a taxi and he charged me double the amount it actually costs. slept on a pull out couch.
