Many things are average or a bit above. pros: cheap, cons: I stayed in a cold day but the room was not warm enough I need to wear jacket while sleeping.

The person who worked there are very helpful... The floor heater is not very hot but there's an electric bed that warms you up when you are sleeping. Beware that it may become too hot though...

Great place, facilities and location, but staff couldn't speak English so it was a little difficult.

The Inn offers a lot of facilities that no other big hotels in the city offers, like the free wireless internet access, and the free Oranges (in the oranges season) in the lobby, the free coffee & tea. The terrace view is wonderful. I definitely recommend this place for stay in Jeju, it's the best value for the paid money

Not too bad for the price. Clean, felt safe, some free teas and coffees, free wifi, well, the standard. The place is very basic.. And my toilet was not working properly. Which was a big dissapointment.

Overall, the inn is good for a 1-2 nights stay. However, the inn staff attitude is bad. I asked the guy worker to help me with the GPS, he did help but was very grumpy and unwilling. Would prefer a much friendlier inn.

It seems that the host is unhonest. The rent for double bed and twin bed are the same indeed. I booked a double bed originally. I requested the host to change the twin bed for me since both of them are at the same price. However, the host told me they are not the same. Twin bed would be 5000w higher than double bed. tricky... Moreover, the host is unfriendly. When I ask him for travel information, he is not patient enought and just told me roughly.

Jeju Hiking Inn is located near two waterfalls (attractions) and is one of the cheapest accomodation in Seogwipo area. It is easy to get there via airport limousine bus. But, the staff was not very friendly when we asked him for information about the nearby attractions. The room was a bit unclean and facilities were quite old. Oh well, it's a cheap bargain though...

Average hostel with average service. Hostel room is clean but the facilities is a bit old. Light at the corridor & in the room is deem. Bathtub is dirty. The receptionist seems no patient for enquiries regarding tourist spot at Jeju Island.

Hotel staff is a lady speak no english. that's fine because she was quite kind. she didn't understand what we were saying so she call her BOSS, it's a guy, who can speak english. I thought we were in good hands, but this BOSS is not kind at all, no manners with bad attitude! NOT HELPFUL, NOT FRIENDLY! the day I checked out, he scold my sister in law when she accidentally overflow her bottle at the water dispenser. NOT RECOMMENDED TO STAY HERE! THIS INN IS VERY OLD, NO effort in improving at all!

there is not much complaint about the hostel as the price is really cheap. There is still room to improve on the cleanliness. The rooftop garden is a plus point. It is really relaxing to hang out with friends, have a cup of coffee or beer there at night. location wise, it is a bit out as there is limited bus services in that area. Overall, it is still worth staying if you are travelling on budget.

It is the cheapest hotel in Jeju. Therefore, we should not expect much. Bathroom conditions are poor. However, if one wants to tour whole day and stay only in night in this hotel then no problem at all.
