The best hostel we stayed in in South Africa. The staff were so lovely that the entire place had a friendly, relaxed buzz about it and all the guests sat around chatting all evening. It has a lovely kitchen for eating together, a spacious and comfy sitting room and an area outside without a couch. We found it just perfect and really enjoyed our stay.

It might be nice if the breakfast included some cereals and fresh milk

Nice place with good staff. The bathroom in the dorms isn't really good, because there's no place for you to change when you showered and you have to be careful with other people coming to the bathroom.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the location was great too. Definitely recommended!

Very friendly and helpful staff. They even cooked for us on the brai, and organised a tour of the slums and Rasta village.

Such a nice and helpful family with a nice place. Felt like I was staying at a family's house with the nice common area and everything. They put the braai on sometimes and said they'd gladly cook it for us too if we buy the groceries. Really well located. Only complaint is that it's quite noisy in the morning (ear plugs a must) and there was a shady guy smoking in the common toilet with the door unlocked one night.
