Kreussberg is a great location, always food around at all times with cafes and a park nearby. If I'm ever in Berlin again, I'd definitely stay there again.

This was the best hostel experience i have ever had. the staff was very friendly, fun and helpful. The people visiting the hostel were great and the facilities were just right. The location was also very good; in a very cool part of berlin near the U bahn and lots of great restaurants.

Fantastic location, this was my 3rd time in Berlin and i enjoyed this place so much. In the middle of the Eastern part of the city, where all the action happens, with some of the best clubs in Berlin in a short walking distance, metro is close so is the east side gallery. Only thing i can say is there is no 'bar' as such, but they do have a fridge stocked full of beers, if its nice weather they also have a few tables out on the street and that makes the perfect setup! Highly recommend!

Can't fault this hostel or the staff. The rooms were great, the showers were AWESOME! Kreuzberg is a really funky suburb. I didn't find getting into the city much of an ordeal at all. One of/if not the best hostel I have stayed in.

Jetpak is in a wonderful location. It's only a short walking distance to great (and cheap) places to eat, shops, train stations etc. It's also close to some of Berlins best night life (Berghain *drool*). The park across the road is lovely, and there's also some pretty sweet street art about the place. The hostel itself is very nice and homely, very clean, and has the best staff in the world. I met so many amazing people at this hostel, and beer is 1EURO, woohoo! I'll be back soon! :)

Paid 6 euros for laundry and was assured it would be done by the end of the night. Didn't get done until the next morning and it wasn't fully dry. The hostel doesn't even have 24 hour reception so there were issues with checking out at very early times in the morning. Also, a person in my room had dirty bedsheets and the staff basically accused her of getting them dirty by sitting on them instead of politely replacing them.

Perfect for the teenager and 20 something. Facilities are well maintained...plenty of security and breakfast is more than the usual. Just beware of the maid...who seems to have a habit of taking personal towels.

I had a great time at this hostel. The hostel is not central, so it does take a little while to get into the 'centre', but Kruezburg is a really cool part of Berlin so I was really happy to see a lot of it. The staff are really friendly and very helpful. The free breakfast and coffee was also nice. And the showers are great if you have been backpacking for a while and miss a real shower.

This is the best hostel I've ever stayed in. It's clean, the breakfast is good, the computers are free to use, wifi throughout, there's an xbox, fantastic neighbourhood, etc. The staff are very friendly, always happy to help, and occasionally bake muffins for breakfast. Everyone tends to hang out in the common room at the end of the day, so it's easy to meet other travellers. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this place.
