The people here were fantastic! However, I was in the extra house at the back and there weren't enough bathrooms. The one bathroom on my floor was always either broken or occupied. Always. Great place to stay in Berlin. 2 minutes from U-bahn and then 15-20 minutes from downtown Berlin. The staff was great, and the facilities were very clean. I would definitely stay there again.
