JF makes you feel at home instantaneously, mainly because of Neil and Martha' s kindness and warm hospitality, but also for its location in a residential peaceful neighbourhood of west Berlin. I had to stay 2 extra days ' cause couldn' t find ticket to leave the city and my whole stay was cheerful and calmed. Breakfast is simple but really nice, bedrooms are ok, bathrooms are clean; you get lots of small details like homemade pastry and if you have any kind of problem can count on them. Thanks!!

Not the most central of hostels, but (this being Berlin), not far from a subway station. Alternatively, its about as 10 minute walk from Zoo station, a fairly large hub. As for the hostel itself, the rooms are spacious, bright and clean. The staff are very friendly and really know about things to do in the city. The beds are comfortable and warm, and the facilities are well kept. If you want a great place to stay that's a little out of the way, this place is the best!! Will stay again.

Neil and Alex go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Nice little touches like an email before you arrive to make sure you know how to get to the hostel. Both extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful on arrival. Hostel was spotlessly clean throughout.

Hi Hostelworld Team, I definitely recommend Jetpack Hostel to stay in Berlin. The staff, friendly atmosphere and value for money can be hardly found in any other hostel within Europe. I have traveled a lot and i can say that they have the best balance between those items. Breakfast and bed linen are for FREE!!!. Usually you have to pay for them in every place where i have stayed. Internet wireless works more than god. In summary, if you are not looking for the Ritz, Jetpak is the Place.

Great Hostel, with awesome staff. Location is not the best, but Berlin is huge... there is a metro real close which makes it easy.

This is a nice little hostel, but it was kinda quiet when we were there (mid dec, low season?). But the staff was very friendly, gave really good advice for things to do in the city. Facilities are nice too and its a 2min walk to the U-Bahn.
