After some initial confusion our stay here was amazing. The man at reception was incredibly helpful and made our stay one to remember. Will definitely be back!

Terrific hostel, would certainly stay here again. Owner is really cool; he goes out of his way to make you feel welcome. Great location (2min walk from metro, 10min from Tiergarten). Some potential improvements: -Floors in the room could get a bit dirty (could've been swept more often) -Not much of a social atmosphere, which is great if you just want a quiet place to sleep. It might help to turn the coworking room into a lounge.

Jetpack Jumpdesk was a very routine hostel with the exception of solid security measures to include lockers and a super pleasant staff that everyone seemed to like quite a bit. Berlin is hard city to do without public transport anyway, but this hostel isn't even close to the city center. I actually met quite a few fun people, but the place has a claustrophobic atmostphere.

The best part about my stay was the people I met, including the owner Neil. This is not a very social hostel. Do not stay here if you plan to to party on site. It's a very chilled atmosphere.

Fantastic hostel - good location, clean rooms, clean bathrooms, comfortable beds, reasonably quiet and fast internet access. Neil is a wonderful host, very helpful and knowledgable about Berlin. Can't recommend this place enough!

Great location, very close to all night clubs. My room was really clean and but the window opened just a little bit what makes the room smells a little bit. There is no kitchen what makes u spend a little bit more money. The common area is really poor ( just a table outside of the hostel) and after 00:00 they kick u out of the hostel. They sell cheap beers.

Cheap enough price, get what you pay for. Locker in the room didn't work properly, but there are small lockers outside the rooms for valuables so it was ok. Security code to get in makes the hostel secure enough. Atmosphere dead, place clean, beds comfortable. Room was too small for 6 people though. Location not too bad! Basically it's grand if you're looking for somewhere to sleep, but that's about it.

I didn't like this hostel as it had no atmosphere so for a solo traveller it was no fun I moved after a night.

Really nice receptionist. Not exactly central but close to the U-Bahn station on U9 and U3. They need to vacuum every day, or it's dirty! Heaps of bathrooms and computers available. Wifi wasn't very good.

Lovely place to stay in berlin! Very relaxed and homely hostel with lovely, accommodating staff. If you're looking for a wild, party hostel, this is not the place for you. But if you're looking for a tranquil and quiet base from which to explore magical berlin from, I definitely recommend this gem.

Great for relaxing but not great for trying to mingle since it is a small and quiet hostel. Has great wifi and free computer access. Staff is eclectic but always cool and nice. Neal who runs is, is very eclectic but always wanting to help you out.

Further out from the city but right by a Ubarn. Loved the atmosphere here and loved to chill out downstairs by the cafe & eat at the Chinese next door. Beers here were super cheap, Internet was super reliable. Would definitely return!

This was a pretty neat hostel. It's around the corner from many nice bars, restaurants and shops. The neighbourhood is in West Berlin and it is very safe and somewhat trendy. The owner, Neil, is a very friendly guy and is more than happy to help you with just about anything! The room did get quite hot at night but this was the only issue, albeit a minor one. I would definitely stay here again!

It was an ok hostel. I've been to quite a few now. The water tasted really funny as if due to the metallic pipe works or something. There was also a funny smell around the place which wasn't due to customers. It lingered everywhere. Other than that, I guess it was quite cheap anyway.
