The location is good and quiet near metro. Kfi is super helpful and nice. If you don't know where you can go, don't hesitate to ask them and you can get a good suggestion. Also, the good breakfast is included. The toilet and bed are very clean. I really appreciate that it has female toilet and bedroom!!!!!!! I definitely recommend this hostel:)

It was a great stay here!! Once you started to talk to the staff, they are all super nice, friendly and helpful! Especially Jyri, she is the first friend I met in Berlin haha :) The room is tidy and clean and with individual lockers. The location is not bad, located in a quite and safe neighborhood. Only takes one minute to get to the metro (U-Bahn), and around 15-20 mins to go to the city center. Good price for backpackers too. Would stay here again!

The stay here was wonderful! It's literally two seconds away from the U metro station, which means everything you'd need to connect to is very accessible. Our room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to ensure you felt welcome and at home by providing a "help yourself" breakfast and fridge. Staff was also very social and we loved interacting with Effy and the owner. The owner also made several recommendations for food and bars that did not disappoint.

I booked a triple room for my friends and I and we loved the hostel. It's in a quiet neighborhood and, though a little out of the way, it's super close to spichernstrasse ubahn stop - suited us perfectly. The breakfast is ok, nothing special. The owners are very friendly and super helpful. WiFi was accessible in our room and was excellent. I'd definitely stay here again. If traveling alone and looking to find new friends to see the city with, then this might not be the place for you.

Nothing bad to say about the place. I only was there for a bed, to be honest. If you're looking for a party hostel then this definitely isn't it. Really close to the underground (U) which gets you into central Berlin in a about 15-20 minutes. I enjoyed my stay as it was a chill environment.

Amazing staff, I've never felt so welcome! The room was spacious, facilities were good and everyone was lovely! Not even a 2 minute walk to the Metro that takes you right around Berlin. Would definitely recommend!

This is a great hostel in Berlin. If you have a rail pass and traveling by train, then the location is no problem to get to anywhere in the city. The rooms are clean, the vibe is cool, and most of the staff are very great. Unfortunately there was one girl (Uri) who neither worked there, but helped out around the place, I don't no it was very weird. She was not friendly and helpful, but the rest of the staff were very, very wonderful. I would stay there again and recommend it to anyone.

The location isn't very good. Some of the staff were unwelcoming or unhelpful. The 'free breakfast' is just cereal and toast and tea or coffee. The facilities are minimal; just bedrooms and a very small reception/breakfast area.

The venue is getting a bit old, it shows signs of wear. It is also missing a lounge where people can hang out and meet. The staff is very nice and helpful, the breakfast and coffee (any time in the day) was free, the wifi was good and there was a fridge and microwave that I could use. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and well equipped.

Very clean hostel with free breakfast every morning and a really nice staff. Location is a little far from the main attractions in Berlin but also very close to a metro so it isn't too much of a problem. Overall a good experience.

The breakfast was great, and very generous considering the price of stay. They had a decent coffee machine, and you could have as many coffees as you liked, throughout the day, within reason. Location was ok, but it's within dashing distance of the underground, and the metro runs throughout the night. My only dig would be they had one pretty lazy and rude piece of staff, just a bit bigoted. Everything else was perfect though.

2 min from underground which is about 10-15min ride to center. Great staff, very friendly and chatty which was welcoming (despite being mistaken for a lesbian couple with my travel buddy based on assumption haha) lockers too small for luggage but alright. Decent common room and great internet. Overall pleasant stay, thanks guys :)

Wifi was excellent. Staff was super friendly and chatty and fun to hang out with. Atmosphere was very chill and welcoming. Free breakfast was very simple and perhaps not enough for some people of just toast spreads, cereal, espresso coffee drinks, but there's a nice bakery across the street for pretty cheap to supplement :) The location is in a beautiful quiet neighbourhood in West Berlin, close to shopping, Brandenburg, the gay district, but 45-60 min from bars, clubs, and Berlin Wall.

Really amazing staff who truly want you to have the best time in Berlin. Made you feel at home for sure. Only issue is you aren't allowed to use the kitchen and the layout of the building is a little weird. Other than that, it was an awesome time

Jetpack Jumpdesk is a really nice hostel if you are someone who would like to stay in one of the most beautiful neighbourhoods of Berlin. Located in a sweet street, this hostel provides everything you need. Breakfasts in the lobby are one of the nicest part of my stay. Staff is super -friendly. They are an amazing team! They help you when you have practical problems and questions about Berlin. There are cafes restaurants, supermarkets in the walking distance.

I had a great time here, super nice staff, nice free breakfast, the staff make fresh chocolate muffins each morning and great WiFi, everything was clean, nice showers with hot water, comfy beds. Location is good, 2 minute walk to a U Bahn station to get to where you want to go. If your in Berlin then I recommend this hostel.

It's an excellent hostel! My room had it's own wifi access point, bathroom were shared but there were enough of them to keep everyone satisfied, breakfast/coffee was included (basic but more than satisfying) and staff (including the owner who was often present) were extremely helpful. Only drawback is that it's far away from interesting parts of town (although some people may prefer calmer neighbourhoods) but it's 30 seconds walk from a u-bahn station, an also no kitchen (only fridge)

Fantastic hostel. Yes it is located out of central Berlin but ththe hostel sits a 1 minute walk away from a train station. Very tight security, 2 key-code doors and also lockers in the rooms. Deliciuos breakfast with coffee or tea. Computers to use if needed. The only downside is that the breakfast seating area is small but they have tables outside you can also use.
