Great hostel if you want to get away from the busy lifestyle of Berlin. Has a good social vibe to, still great for meeting people. They have so many spare computers for internet use! They also have a "work/chill" room where you can loung around on beanbags or do work on proper desks. Very well equipped hostel. Best showers also! Great after a long day of walking around. Super friendly helpful staff who make you feel right at home.

Hostel small friendly and clean. Neil is a good owner and makes you feel at home. A little far away from city but connected well with metro

the manager of the hostel was very friendly and helpful, and he definitely makes you feel welcome. the hostel is close to a metro station so getting around is easy. the rooms are spacious and clean, though it can get a little cold even in the summer. the bathroom is okay, but it could be better with a floormat to absorb some water after people have showered. overall I would recommend this hostel.

Had a really great stay at Jetpak Jumpdesk! The hostel is exceptionally clean and Neil is very kind and helpful. I had no problems extending my stay or asking for advice. The location is not the best, as you have to take transit to get there and the subways stop running at around midnight when it's not the weekend, but that's more than made up for by the quality of the stay. Great value!

Neil (the owner) and the rest of the staff were super nice and helpful. The wifi was excellent. It's a smaller hostel so it's good for solo travelers. It was very easy to meet people. And free breakfast!

Staff is amazingly friendly and helpful. It was the worldcup season and they held a barbecue party with delicious German sausages. The room is just like general hostels but if you forget to bring out the keys, you'll not gonna open the door before other mates come to the room. Don't forget the security code of each doors too. Kinda complex but good for security so it's okay. Nice location, cool atmosphere, even with worldcup matches, it was fantastic stay :)

It was a great stay at Jetpack Jumpdesk! Helpfull stuff, clean rooms and bathrooms, nice breakfast! Also it has a great location, very close to metro station and walking distance to Kudamm district where you can find anything ! What else can you ask for :)

The hostel is away from the attractions, but luckily it's very close to metro station. It's a quite neighbourhood with nice restaurants, bars and supermarkets nearby. The host Neil is a wonderful person. He provided us with some useful information for our trip. The carnival he recommended to us is amazing. More bathroom for the ladies is needed though.

Great area in the mornings for meeting people, good free breakfast. Neil is easily one of the best hostel staff I've ever come across. I sprained my ankle in the city centre in Berlin going off of trampolines haha and he tended to me giving me Icepaks. He offers people coffee all the time and is very personable. The location shouldn't deter you, take the metro and enjoy the city all day. The location is a posh area and can be enjoyed by itself,

Nice quiet location near underground station, hostel itself is also nice and quiet. The owner Neil is very friendly and helpful, he will go out of his way to help you if you need something. A decent shared bathroom with an easy to use shower. Beds were comfortable and the 4 bed room was spacious enough, although quite hot and stuffy at night in particular. Decent sized lockers in the room.

It's a good hostel. Would think it was a hotel if the rooms weren't split with other travelers. Not much to say about it, it's in a really calm area of berlin but can reach everything with the metro being just around the corner. Computers free to use and breakfast is included, too bad it doesn't have a kitchen for guests.

Neil is awesome!

Stayed in Mixed Room 4 bed, People managing the hostel(Wife & Husband) are so kind & very nice, they treated me as family member, apart from that small place for breakfast..few min.. to metro station & located near to the center.

Very clean, nice hostel. The hostel keeper was incredibly nice and welcoming, offering me coffee and personally walking me to my room when I arrived. He also let me check in early! The facilities were great and new, and the bathrooms were pristine. Pretty far though from the city center... Close to a metro station but it takes about 15-20 min with a transfer to get there. Also, limited common areas to hang out and meet other travelers.

This hostel looks like regular hostel, it's nice, clean and good located, but what gives it a soul is his owner Neil. Extremely kind, in the morning he'll greet you in your own language and serve you a coup of coffee or tea and tell you interesting things about Berlin. I highly recommend this hostel :)

The owner was very helpful and friendly. he couldn't have gone out of his way more to help us and was always up for a chat. We had a four bed dorm which was clean. Security was very good as was the wifi. There was also an included breakfast which was simple and good. The location is not directly in the centre of Berlin but not far away by train. It is also located in a nice quiet pretty suburb with good restaurants around. Another female bathroom/shower would have been good.

It's kind of small and out of the way, but I had a great time. Neal, the manager, was super nice and helpful--gave us great tips about the city, made us coffee every morning, even lent us a free converter. Everything was clean, showers worked well, bedding included. It's a bit far from mitte but the U stop is right there and I had no trouble getting around. If you somewhere in the middle of everything where you can party this probably isn't it, but its great for a safe, quiet place to stay.

i had a great stay - perfect match from what i needed and what youy had to offer (here i mean also what was written in the description). room and toilette were clean enough, big locker in the room is excellent addition, and very friendly staff! i loved the concept that there is a room to read-write-work or meet other people.

Good place to stay in Berlin, close enough to U Bahn. Friendly staff and clean rooms.

This hostel got the little things right from clean rooms to pleasant conversations with the staff. It is removed from much of the business, yet right next to a metro stop and comparatively close to the ZOB bus terminal.
