It was an ok hostel. I've been to quite a few now. The water tasted really funny as if due to the metallic pipe works or something. There was also a funny smell around the place which wasn't due to customers. It lingered everywhere. Other than that, I guess it was quite cheap anyway.
Fácil acesso com metro, bom café da manha e ótimo staff!
Jetpak Jumpdesk hostel is a good value for money but only if you stay for a short time and you are younger than 25.Excellent staff, very kind and polite people.

I enjoyed my stay at Jetpack. Comfy beds, nice complimentary breakfast, and great staff. Loved being able to use the computers. Within walking distance to the zoo.
This was a good stay overall, the light breakfast was free (cereal, toast, coffee of all kinds, muffins), and much was accessible with the trains. Quiet location itself, so it did take a bit of travel to see the sites. The guy that worked at night was incredibly helpful. It was good that there were so many computer stations available because the wifi was very unreliable and slow.
Great hostel. Friendly, helpful staff, nice atmosphere, clean and good facilities. Would definitely reccommend
The guys running the place are very nice and helpful (and cute). There's breakfast in the cafe downstairs, including fresh coffee (as your choice), toast, and sometimes FRESH chocolate muffins! The hostel is clean and located in a quiet area. Pharmacies and restaurants are just a few blocks away. You can literally see a U Bahn entrance from the hostel. Great atmosphere! Be sure to pet the cat when you see him/her!
The facilities are great and all the staffs are really friendly! It feels like home away from home because the size of the place isn't too big to manage. Breakfast coffee were great! I have just left Italy when I was there so my expectation on coffee was still sky high, and it did not disappoint. Really loved the stay! I would go back if I get to visit Berlin again.
The Hostel was run by a very sweet owner named Neil who made amazing coffee and provided excellent breakfasts to those who visited the hostel each morning. He was extremely helpful in giving out maps and telling individuals where to find buildings and tour sites in the city. The vibe of the entire hostel was nice and everyone watched soccer games together and hung out. The rooms were clean however the bathrooms could use some improvement, don't go into the showers without some shower shoes!
It's a little out of the way from all the sights, but the staff is friendly and very helpful. If you want to be closer to attractions this may not be the best place
It is worth for money. The staffs are friendly and helpful.
Great hostel if you want to get away from the busy lifestyle of Berlin. Has a good social vibe to, still great for meeting people. They have so many spare computers for internet use! They also have a "work/chill" room where you can loung around on beanbags or do work on proper desks. Very well equipped hostel. Best showers also! Great after a long day of walking around. Super friendly helpful staff who make you feel right at home.
Hostel small friendly and clean. Neil is a good owner and makes you feel at home. A little far away from city but connected well with metro
the manager of the hostel was very friendly and helpful, and he definitely makes you feel welcome. the hostel is close to a metro station so getting around is easy. the rooms are spacious and clean, though it can get a little cold even in the summer. the bathroom is okay, but it could be better with a floormat to absorb some water after people have showered. overall I would recommend this hostel.
Had a really great stay at Jetpak Jumpdesk! The hostel is exceptionally clean and Neil is very kind and helpful. I had no problems extending my stay or asking for advice. The location is not the best, as you have to take transit to get there and the subways stop running at around midnight when it's not the weekend, but that's more than made up for by the quality of the stay. Great value!
Neil (the owner) and the rest of the staff were super nice and helpful. The wifi was excellent. It's a smaller hostel so it's good for solo travelers. It was very easy to meet people. And free breakfast!
Staff is amazingly friendly and helpful. It was the worldcup season and they held a barbecue party with delicious German sausages. The room is just like general hostels but if you forget to bring out the keys, you'll not gonna open the door before other mates come to the room. Don't forget the security code of each doors too. Kinda complex but good for security so it's okay. Nice location, cool atmosphere, even with worldcup matches, it was fantastic stay :)
It was a great stay at Jetpack Jumpdesk! Helpfull stuff, clean rooms and bathrooms, nice breakfast! Also it has a great location, very close to metro station and walking distance to Kudamm district where you can find anything ! What else can you ask for :)
The hostel is away from the attractions, but luckily it's very close to metro station. It's a quite neighbourhood with nice restaurants, bars and supermarkets nearby. The host Neil is a wonderful person. He provided us with some useful information for our trip. The carnival he recommended to us is amazing. More bathroom for the ladies is needed though.
