The breakfast was great, and very generous considering the price of stay. They had a decent coffee machine, and you could have as many coffees as you liked, throughout the day, within reason. Location was ok, but it's within dashing distance of the underground, and the metro runs throughout the night. My only dig would be they had one pretty lazy and rude piece of staff, just a bit bigoted. Everything else was perfect though.
2 min from underground which is about 10-15min ride to center. Great staff, very friendly and chatty which was welcoming (despite being mistaken for a lesbian couple with my travel buddy based on assumption haha) lockers too small for luggage but alright. Decent common room and great internet. Overall pleasant stay, thanks guys :)
Wifi was excellent. Staff was super friendly and chatty and fun to hang out with. Atmosphere was very chill and welcoming. Free breakfast was very simple and perhaps not enough for some people of just toast spreads, cereal, espresso coffee drinks, but there's a nice bakery across the street for pretty cheap to supplement :) The location is in a beautiful quiet neighbourhood in West Berlin, close to shopping, Brandenburg, the gay district, but 45-60 min from bars, clubs, and Berlin Wall.
Well located, friendly staff, clean, with a great atmosphere, good breakfasts : I really enjoyed my stay! I would definitely recommend it.
Really amazing staff who truly want you to have the best time in Berlin. Made you feel at home for sure. Only issue is you aren't allowed to use the kitchen and the layout of the building is a little weird. Other than that, it was an awesome time
Very friendly owner and staff. Good mix of guests. Will stay here again soon.
Jetpack Jumpdesk is a really nice hostel if you are someone who would like to stay in one of the most beautiful neighbourhoods of Berlin. Located in a sweet street, this hostel provides everything you need. Breakfasts in the lobby are one of the nicest part of my stay. Staff is super -friendly. They are an amazing team! They help you when you have practical problems and questions about Berlin. There are cafes restaurants, supermarkets in the walking distance.
I had a great time here, super nice staff, nice free breakfast, the staff make fresh chocolate muffins each morning and great WiFi, everything was clean, nice showers with hot water, comfy beds. Location is good, 2 minute walk to a U Bahn station to get to where you want to go. If your in Berlin then I recommend this hostel.
It's an excellent hostel! My room had it's own wifi access point, bathroom were shared but there were enough of them to keep everyone satisfied, breakfast/coffee was included (basic but more than satisfying) and staff (including the owner who was often present) were extremely helpful. Only drawback is that it's far away from interesting parts of town (although some people may prefer calmer neighbourhoods) but it's 30 seconds walk from a u-bahn station, an also no kitchen (only fridge)
Fantastic hostel. Yes it is located out of central Berlin but ththe hostel sits a 1 minute walk away from a train station. Very tight security, 2 key-code doors and also lockers in the rooms. Deliciuos breakfast with coffee or tea. Computers to use if needed. The only downside is that the breakfast seating area is small but they have tables outside you can also use.
Me and my friends stayed at the hostel during 5 nights and we really enjoyed to stay there, the room and bathroom are nice and tidy and the staff is very friendly and helpfull. The hostel is also very quiet at night which is good if you like a quiet night of sleep and not noisy parties in the hostel bar.
Best hostel experience in ages! Super nice staff, very good facilities, absolutely loved it!
It's a small hostel in a very calm neighborhood. The owner is very friendly. Location is not bad, very close to a underground station. Only missed a common room with some couches.
This was a very nice hostel. The hostel owner accommodated us very well given that we arrived at the hostel having made a late change to our plans. Very glad that we came and I would return in the future.
We were a large group staying at the hostel since we were visiting a friend living nearby. We had a tricky reservation with people arriving and departing different days. The manager Neil was very friendly and managed to sort it all out, which was really easier said than done. The room was clean, beds good. No curtains so room is not dark in the morning. There was almost stop in one of the showers. Toilets ok, but not more. Felt secure. Good price. Would stay here again!

Is a nice hostal. the owner is really nice and they help you with nice tips for the city sights. The only problem is that it seem that some of the guest staying in the hostal, are actually "living" there. Be side of that is a nice hostal
I had a wonderful stay at the hostel! The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The hostel was in a perfect location to get a good night's rest, get into the city centre on the metro, and feel safe walking around at night. The breakfast in the morning which included fresh muffins and a home-made cappuccino made a great start to the day. The company of Neil and his precocious daughter, Jade, over breakfast also made for a very warm and friendly environment in the city. I will go back!
Had a great time at jetpack! It was clean, quiet, safe and affordable. My girlfriend wanted to surprise me with some food and Neil made sure it got done. Highly recommended. האכסניה מאוד מומלצת. גם היה מרחק הליכה מהבית כנסת וגם שקט . ובטוח. למרות שזה לא בחלק של המסיבות, זה 50 מטר מהמטרו
