Jin was incredibly kind, entertaining, energetic, and funny! We enjoyed meeting him and getting a tour of the areas of "Jin's Paradise," including the fun rooftop setting! The facilities were nice, with plenty of space and security. Apparently, there are 2 floors in Jin's domain, with the full kitchen (refrigerator and other appliances) on the 7th floor. Since we stayed on the 6th floor, it was a bit difficult to access these amenities, but otherwise, the experience was great! :)

I'm glad I stayed here to start with. Knowing that Koreans don't speak English and it's true! Having Jin and Jen there who speak good English and are super nice is such a bless. Bulding is actually a bit far from the station(approx 7-10 mins walk for me) but still in good location and quiet enough to have a good rest.

Awesome place, Jin's paradise is the hostel you want to stay when visiting Seoul, you feel like your home here. Jin is always available for you and will answer to all your question. I definitely recommend this place!

One of the best hostels I've been to. Very conviniently located close to Itaewon subway station. Calm area but everything close-by. The hostel is very small an cosy. Nice common area and roof terrace. Jin is a really nice guy who is always there to help. Felt more like staying over at a friend's shared flat than a hostel. Highly recommended.

The absolute best hostel I've stayed in! The location is perfect, the place is cosy and makes it so easy to socialise.... Jin will help you with anything and treat you like a friend. I cannot accurately describe how good this place is but you will not regret it!

Jin's hostel was great. It had a very social atmosphere and Jin made me feel warm, welcome, and at home. I only stayed a night there, but felt like I was part of the family there. The place was very clean and yet had a warm atmosphere that did not give off an empty feeling. I met a lot of people there in my night's stay, and that made it all the better. The shared dorm room was small, but it was comfortable and created a more intimate atmosphere. I highly recommend this place to all.

Friendly hostel but lack of showers and toilets a bit of an issue

Jin is the nicest and most helpful person in the world. His hostel is warm and friendly and the bed was comfortable and just what I needed after a night out. The shower was warm and coffee available. There's a rooftop available where he does BBQs when the weather is warmer! I will go back again the next time I am in the area!

Jin & jen ..i miss u both!!! Actually, this is my third visit to seoul & to jin's paradise!!! I will only stay in jins pa bc jin n jen they r both my best friend. We became friends after my first visit. Jins pa is located at itaewon which a lots of pubs bars restaurant ....etc there's a famous bbq too !!!! there's a homohill where all the gay bars and clubs are but u hv to go on friday and saturday coz on weekdays the bars there are quiet.

Jin and Jen (sister) are awesome! We're very satisfied with our stay and the homey feeling of his paradise. He even held his friends birthday celebration here, giving this place a local's feel. It's a small and cozy place, with no more than 15(?) beds total. I think there were two dorms and one private. 7 eleven downstairs also made it very convenient. I'm travelling the world, I've visited 10 countries stayed in 15 hotels and Jim's paradise tops the list. From the moment I walked through the door to the second I left, Jin was there to help with finding my way around and places to see. I've never felt at home in hostels, your just normally a body on a bed ... not here! I had a great four days here and will definitely be coming back soon. Clean, tidy, social, great location and an owner that cares ... perfect ingredients!!

Jin is super nice and helpful. He ordered chicken for us the next day. He made sure I knew where I was going before I left the Hostel. He even gave me a map of the area! So kind and thoughtful! He responds quickly to text messages and is pretty flexible. Awesome guy! Awesome place!! The only reason why I put "good" for security is that our stuff is just out there. However, the people there were pretty amazing and trustworthy :)

Excellent hostel experience! You will feel be in a friend house!

I had a very nice stay at Jin's Paradise. Very close to Itaewon station and all the shops and bars. Jin was hospitable and easy going. His place has a rooftop area. its a little cold this time of year to hang out up there but a nice perk.

Jin is more than the owner: he'll be a friend! Is like being at home!

Felt right at home, very welcoming environment. Would recommend this to any traveler, especially those traveling alone. Will definitely be staying at Jin's paradise again when in Seoul. Staff are willing to show you around Itaewon and recommended other areas around the city to visit. Even took a couple of us out for Traditional Korean BBQ. Highly recommend for young travelers looking for a good time.

Just book it. By far the most welcoming and friendly hostel I have stayed at. The moment you walk in, you may feel you just walked into someone's apartment but soon it becomes your own. Jin and crew are such helpful and friendly people. I learned so much about Korea just from my stay here. Environment is cozy and 1.6 liter beers affordable if you don't like tea. Location is excellent and food delivery very cheap. When I come back to Seoul, I will come back to see my new friends at Jin's

Jin's Paradise was a really warm and welcoming place to stay. Everyone there was very helpful, I met tons of great people and I would really recommend it to anyone wanting to have a more intimate hostel stay. Jin really goes out of his way to help. The location is pretty good, the hostel is easy to find with the directions given and as long as you are not looking for a large, annonymous hostel, this is a good choice.
