No one could speak English and no maps or tourist information available. Breakfast and even water not inexpensive. No western food.

The staff could not find my internet reservation and they speak chinese only. They had to make a completely new reservation, so the deposit paid to hostel.com was wasted. Would not recommend anyone to book this hotel online.
