Location is very good for transportation because neer Railway and Bus Station. But Location is not romantic. Staff is very, very helpful and friendly. Cleliness and all the other is also good.

Great location in Wenzhou should you decide to go travelling in this particularly remote area in China. Very close to the train station and markets where you can buy cheap gear. Staff do not speak English, wasn't a problem for me though as I speak Chinese. Worth learning the lingo before you go.
