The staff tried very hard to help us in any way they could. It was more of an actual hotel than a hostel, BUT they had never heard of hostelworld.com. So when i showed them my reservation, it just caused a lot of problems. I ended up having to pay for there full price rooms which is more than what was listed on hostelworld, and i lost my deposit too.
