The bed sheets weren't changed from the last guest, we found an earring and a map in the bed along with hair! The room we booked all of a sudden needed a 10,000 THB deposit to have it for the price we booked online. Waste bins in communal bathroom/ toilet were not emptied in the 3 nights we were there. A work in progress I reckon. 'Mr Joe' friendly enough and did supply with towel and water first night (thanks!). But aside from this, didn't see too often... A little away from seafront also, @30 min walk, but quiet as a result. No other guests around, also.
