The most enjoyable hostel - in fact as a home-stay. Leah is truly the best host I ever met around the world, she is so cheerful and helpful just like an angle appeared on time for us!! God bless you my Dear Leah! ;) Definitely want to return for a longer stay. Strongly recommend this to everyone who like to feel at home and don't mind to ride the bicycle for a fun short trip to downtown! This is not a typical hostel as it is someone who has converted their second bedroom into a place where people sleep. There is not a corrider between the rooms in the house so on occasions you walk through the owner's bedroom to get to the second bedroom where you sleep. The lady is very friendly and helpful; even lending me her rain boots. However, the hostel is not clean - I saw cockroaches and I had bed bug bites, which are still red a week later. This is not a typical hostel as it is someone who has converted their second bedroom into a place where people sleep. One of the staff persons, Danny, was very helpful.
I didn't have a credit card to book my room & he booked the room on his card for me. They have a policy that they do not take walk ups, but Danny was determined to help me out since I did not book through hostelworld.
The house is in a historic area, so it looks a bit old, bit it's very cute and sweet as is the staff, Danny, Leah & Laura.

Nice place to stay in a great city.
But this is not at hostel, more like a room with some beds.
Good location, and nice helpful staff.
Bathroom and kitchen was pretty clean, some bugs, but not a big problem...Nice place to stay in a great city.

Not wat we expected when we arrived.. the staff member that was there was super helpful and friendly. it was fine as there was no other people staying there but would be awkward if there were others staying there as the rooms were linked.. wouldnt stay there more than a night, place was clean but location wasnt the best.. but it was fine for what it is.Not wat we expected when we arrived.. the staff member that was there was super helpful and friendly. it was fine as there was no other people staying there but would be awkward if there were others staying there as the rooms were linked.. wouldnt stay there more than a night, place was clean but location wasnt the best.. but it was fine for what it is....Close Read Owner Comments
