great staff, great location and great rooms. not so great kitchen (a bit small for the size of the hostel), checkout time at 9 is a bit stingey and the internet allowance could be more generous. good hostel to stay in overall though!

the kitchen is too small for so many people and the tables are very dirty;breakfast and checkout is only until 9 am!; the floor in the whole hostel is dirty and smelly;there are only 2 showers on the floor-->long time to wait!;the walls were full of prohibitions!you get a lot of already expired voucher

The hostel was the worst i stayed on my 3 month travel so far. Problems with pick up and internet and staff replied only thats not their problem and they can not so anything. Dirty bathrooms dirty rooms, no ac and only fan which blows you the hot air in your face. Small rooms on top. Area of hostel is known as party and drug area, strange peopple all along.as e only free hostel over mardie grass so no other choice on that. Def not recommandable at all. Hostel which only want to make money

Great location, staff were ok (not that helpful or welcoming). Very much a party hostel so is good for that.

really free wifi (all the time) would be great and not just 1 hour. Another sink would reduce the queu in the kitchen. Everything else is great!

It was a good stay. For most it probably would have been ok, but I had came from very cold temperatures in Canada to pretty hot in Australia and there was no AC. I probably would have liked it more once I was used to the heat. I stayed in a private room... just found a hotel for 4 bucks more/night that had better location, own washroom and AC so I switched.

Great location in a quiet road just off Kings Cross. There is a bit of a cramped feel to the hostel as you enter. Small kitchen, small tv room and dining area all squashed into the ground floor. Be prepared to climb up a lot of stairs if you find yourself on a higher floor. The room was comfortable though. Stayed in a double. Included was a fridge, sink, cupboard, wall-mounted fan and a TV! Good place to lay your head down after partying in the KCH!

This was one of the best hostels I stayed during my trip in Australia. Staff is super friendly! Bedrooms are clean. I enjoyed my stay very much. There is a really good atmosphere. Location is great! In kings cross, but not too noisy. Would definently recommend this hostel and go back here! The only bad thing I have to say about this hostel is the 1 hour free wifi... And the checkout time (9am) is also too early.

Great location and friendly helpful staff but it was really really hot in the rooms I had my window open full and my fan on the whole time and it was still roasting. Don't like to be negative but that was a big downside for me. And you can't dry your hair in the bedrooms

Really nice, friendly hostel in King Cross. Facilities whilst good, were somewhat cramped at busy times. Free internet is actually only for 1 hour, a bit misleading. Having to get pots and pans from reception every time you cook is an inconvenience.

Good hostel absolutly recomend it! Minus: only 1H free internet then they charge. Kitchen and dining rooms are too smal when everybody has to eat. Perhaps a bit expensive But its worth it so you can live and sleep at a Fun, fresh and reliable hostel.
