Thank you John and Roger, I had a wonderful few days in Malaysia and was very happy at the hostel. It was so good I intend to come back soon.Cheers, Robert Carter.

A very basic and messy house. Taking the single room for a few Ringgit extra was a mistake. Its a like a prison cell with just a bed inside and the small fan was not fixed properly, so that the room was very hot. The owner tries to fix all matters by himself, also in the bathroom, but these are mostly very basic solutions. There are some malay food stalls around the house, but nothing much to do around there. Sitting outside in the common area is no fun, too hot and all very messy.

good homestay experience in a quiet location within walking distance to town. few places to eat local food around however you need to walk for 20-30 min to town in a sun. staff are really helpful and always try to make us more comfortable to stay. the bathrooms are clean enough but kitchen does'nt look so nice but its okay. the bed and its sheets were not really good looking but it was alright to sleep. I would come back again.

Roger was great. Just those frogs in the garden were killing me during the night..

Good hostel nice staff, nice cat. A bit out of the way but good for a couple days in JB

Its very basic but thats what u pay for. Good food around, friendly staff. Bit messy outside but that gives the homely feeling :p

Overpriced primitive sleeping. You don't throw mattrasses into the hallway and call it a dorm.

Roger and Jomi made our stay here superb! Their directions and recommendations of where to go and what to do where spot on and therefore the location was not a problem at all. The locals seem to know the Homestay so it's fairly easy to find. Clean, simple and equipped with an ultra friendly cat and Jomi's wonderful son Son made us feel right at home. Take Rogers recommendation on the great local food near by.

well my rating was not very good but i highly recommend this place, the facilities are very basic but the owners are the suuuper nice, very helpful and kind !

I had a really lovely time at this place, it really is a homestay but within walking distance to the sights and market in the downtown area. Roger was so nice and chill and I had a great time chatting out front with him. Would definitely go back. The single room had a good lock and a place to hang my laundry while it dried.

Owner is very, very helpfull and lovly man!!! Than You :)))
