Nice location, right near roman ruins and in city. Good atmosphere and communical couches were nice. Staff were friendly. On the down side the rooms were not safe, I got electricuted by faulty/loose wiring on the TV cord whilst trying to plug in. Bathrooms are very small and water temperature is impossible to control

Great hostel!! Should go there again! It's very clean, the rooms are with AC and/or fan, great breakfast, very helpful staff and they organize trips (prices are very reasonable!!). For sure one of the best hostels I stayed in in the Middle-East!!

I stayed in this hostel for only one night with a friend, the area is good you can find everything in a walking distance, the rooms where clean and the staff was very helpful. You can book a tour with the hostel what is normaly way cheaper than agency. I recommend to get there and check before booking anything else. Another thing we were 2 girls traveling by ourselves and inAmman guys are a bit too much with the looks and they are always trying to talk to you on the streets, just be careful!

Everything was very good except some car noises through window. Their recommendation of Sabaa hotel was good. But Seven Pillars guide in Wadi Rum was not good. Their jeep was old and broke down in the desert. Also they were late at the bus station by 40 minutes so I missed the bus to Aqaba. I hope you do not recommend them anymore.

This was a wonderful place to stay. They were extremely helpful and accommodating. My room was comfortable and clean. I felt perfectly safe and at home during my stay. The breakfast was amazing and the staff were so kind and friendly. They also help arrange trips which meant a lot to me so I could make the most out of my stay. I will definitely be coming back for another stay soon. The roof top terrace was also an added bonus. It was a great place to truly relax in the middle of the city

Hostel is well located with friendly staff and very clean. The only thing I didn't like was shower which is combined with the toilet in one square meter room.

It's my 1st time to stay in a hostel,i really like it.very kind staff, very good location, i guess it's the center of downtown. the only disadvandtage is too noisy in the night. Thank you very much Mr.Haz Hamad(sorry I didn't ask for your name as in such a hurry, just see it in my email) for all you've done, you helped us a lot!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Bed and shower fine. Nice breakfast. Located near centre of down town. Busy street outside but that didn't disturb us inside. Would go again if I was in Amman.

Jehad, Ibramim and Hazel work around the clock to ensure all your needs are met from arrival to departure.... The staff also provide a proper breakfast, not just tea and bread as most others do.... I mean a real meal .... Facilities are well maintained ... They have a select library that provides guides and literature to other middle eastern destination.... Fresh towels and sheets daily.... Located in the middle of Amman, you are literally... i'd say A+ for the staff at Jordan Tower....

in the center of old town, nearby to the museum, reasonable price and smiling staff. you will enjoy the atmosphere but hate one thing: traffic noise.

This is a very good, clean and very accommodating hostel. Very nice atmosphere. As with most budget hostels in downtown Amman, the road noise can be loud in the evenings. Staff were extremely helpful.

Good location. There are not many places to see in Amman and everything attraction is within walking distance from the hostel. Friendly and helpful staff. Definitely the best place to stay in Amman.

This hostel is incredibly well located, what makes very easy to go around the whole city. It has a nice terrace from where you can see lovely views of Amman. I was surprised by the cleanness of the place. I think is the cleanest hostel I've ever been. However I would say that the best part is the staff who always kind, well-informed and willing to help. Includes a nice breakfast and offers some reading material about Jordan that I found very helpful. Beds aren't very comfy though but that's it.

Thank you so much for a great experience. You were the most helpful staff of any hostel I\'ve stayed in. Your location is great and my experience in Jordan was wonderful. You certainly added great value to my trip. I will highly recommend you to anyone I know traveling to Amman.
