Great place to stay in central Amman in the downtown area. Staff are really helpful, they offer day trips so really easy to do sight seeing to the Dead Sea, Petra etc. has baggage storage and a big breakfast, I enjoyed my stay here!

Great place and really friendly staff, if arriving late the airporf pick up is definately worth the 27 jd, the dead sea tour was well worth the money, breakfast is also delicious, definitely a great place to stay, if it is cold note the air con units are also heaters.

Great hostel at a great location. Rooms are spacious with comfortable beds; bathroom is a little small, but clean. Very nice and cozy common area, delicious breakfast (included!) and great staff. They have selection of tours at fair price that can be slightly modified to your schedule (e.g. we took Dead sea tour in the afternoon instead of regular morning departure) if other passengers are ok with that. I would recommend this hostel anytime!

The staff at the Jordan Tower were really impressive. Jehad and the guys in the cafe downstairs made a point of checking on me – a solo female traveller – during a day trip, keeping an eye on my stuff, finding me someone to explore with, and at one point actually walking me to a sandwich shop for a late dinner. I certainly didn't need all the extra security, but I was touched by the team's kindness in offering it.

This is a nice hostel/hotel with a good location and ambitious owners (also running a cafe downstairs). Well kept and clean, helpful and pleasant people working there. The only drawbacks are that the WiFi does not work through the whole building and if you are looking for a hostel the communal area is more like a hotel's - i.e. not so many people hanging out there or things happening. It is more like a hotel than a hostel but that is not a problem of course, just to be aware of for preference

Like to hang around the lobby because it is cozy, that you can order food and drinks at reasonable price, besides you can meet people from the whole world! Great free breakfast! should add more Asian food in your menu!

Had a single room-en suite. Was perfect. Liked very much the atmosphere of the hostel and location is great. Good breakfast (you can choose between arabic style and continental) and just beside the door when you come out of the hostel is a good cafe-bar-restaurant where you can sit outside. The management/staff of the hostel is very friendly and helpful. Great trip offers with shared taxi!

Though the hostel is at a real noisy spot in downtown, it's a good backpackers hostel. At the desk they arrange daytrips and try to get travellers together to share the cost. the great thing about that is you don't have to shop around for daytours and you might arrange your own trip. Do negotiate about the cost though! We ended up staying 7 nights because of this service. The rooftop terrace is a great hangout place!

Firstly communication with Hostel staff via email was excellent. Haz organized airport pickup and subsequent car toured Petrathe following day. The hostel is in a very central location in Amman with many small stores and a decent middle eastern restaurant below the hostel. The room as basic but clean. Toilet came with paper and flushed when asked. Shower was hot but poor pressure. WiFi worked very well and the included breakfast was excellent and served from 6:30 am. Old but very well run place.

the shower was broken and the hot/cold water adjust was an either or matter. The room smelled as if there was a humidity issue there, though it looked clean enough. The stairs will make you think twice about the amount of luggage you bring, but the staff is helpful with carrying

An excellent place to stay because the staff here are really wonderful. They are friendly, talkative and really help to make a person's stay worthful and informed AND notably courteous. The breakfast is excellent too and the staff are always ready and willing to offer more. I do however have one complain (which may not affect most people): THE INTERNET situation here is a joke. There's definetely a router and a strong signal, but the speed is positively 3rd world.

We choose this hostel because of high rating. However, we were kind of disappointed. Mainly because of the shower -- the water is small and hard to adjust the temperature. Also it's not clean and comfortable enough. The location is excellent though. The atmosphere and service are good. Considering the price I actually think there are other choices that may satisfy us better.

Very good hostel right next to Roman theatre. Excellent tasty restaraunt downstairs with excellent staff. The dude at reception with the hat awas really good and informative. The Dead Sea tour is good and amazing to swim in it as well as seeing the sights Amman is very relaxed with nice people and the Citedal is cool overlooking the City! Downtown can be done in an hour. Nice clean rooms and good showers. Breakfast was really good and if anyone complains then they are strange! Super Hostel/Staff
