Alright,, I'll be really honest with you guys. This was definitely the best hostel I've been. The rooms/bathrooms are great, location is ideal for visiting the beach, manjangcave and seongsanpeak. We stayed there for two days, and were able to do all those things. The owner, Joseph, is very very helpful and always present.

It's quiet, but nice if you want to relax for a bit. Close to bus station, bus takes you pretty much to all tourist spots around. 10 min walk to beach, with nice Cafés. Joseph is really helpful and nice!
The owner Joseph was nice and the guest house and rooms were clean and spacious but I had the following issues. We could only use the toilet to pee (I know that sounds funny), and had to go outside to use another toilet which I think is embarrassing. Every time someone went out I thought, they must be going to poop. And what happens if it is raining and someone has to go? Also, the desktop computer wasn't working and I needed to use it so that was inconvenient.
A great place. A big breezy house in a big open space of farmland - a nice change from urban Korea. Nice communal atmosphere. Met some news friends thanks to my stay here. Joseph is a relaxed, friendly and helpful man. The nearby beach (월정리) is beautiful and nice for swimming. There are limited places to eat around the area so we took a bus to the next closest town. However, it is close to the Manjanggul lava tunnels, a maze and Mini Mini Land.
Joseph was very friendly and the hostel was nice and quiet. Not to mention clean. It's nice located next to a bus stop. The hostel is about an hour and a half walk from the caves or 2 quick bus stops, and 15 minutes (slow) walk to the beach. Its a great place if you don't want to be surrounded by tourism. A nice area surrounded by quiet farmland. The shower/bathroom area was clean. Which means a lot to me. And breakfast was nice. Not a lot of places give eggs with breakfast. Would recommend.
