Pretty good for the price. The one downer was that there was no soap in the toilets.

One word.....LOUD! At least the check in guy warned about the loud dub reggae music that would be playing for the two nights of our stay, and in fairness, it was New Years Eve. Luckily, we were so tired from our own events that the noise did not make so much of a difference. Facilities were ok, bathroom a little messy, security was good and the 24 hour access via a coded door was a nice addition. Breakfast was fairly basic, but thats London, innit Not one for those of a sensitive disposition.

Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Hostel. Although, on Fridays and Saturdays they have parties with very loud music that is hard to sleep through. The facilities are clean, the food is good, and overall we had an extremely comfortable stay.

I have to say my stay was wonderful, the hostel is very clean, you see the cleaners all the time doing their job. There is also kitchen that you can cook as well, I believe people complain about the location, but to me I think is actually not bad, is located very close to 2 train station and also I read on the reviews about the music but people should understand that is an hostel and its has a bar downstairs, so there will be music, I think the management has compensate by giving free ear plug

I have stayed in a lot of hostels all over the world and I don't know how I got it so wrong this time. This was without any doubt the worst hostel experience I have ever had. As well as being in an area which was well outside central London and difficult to access, the excessive noise and ignorant staff made this a very unpleasant experience. There was blaring jungle/house music on at full blast until 5.30am and my room was directly above this. The staff were very rude and unhelpful. NEVER again

I had to say my stay was awesome, it was even better than the last time I was here, they have painted all the hallways, makes it look fresh.....they said they will be changing the flooring which will do the building greater effect. We had a session of karaoke in the bar with some guest, I even belted my best tune.... thanks for the free pizza on free pool night...was fun guys...keep it up. i will see you again when next I'm in London

Not bad in terms of fixtures and fittings and the general state of the place but we found the staff less than helpful and the fact that pub down stairs was going until about 5am on the Saturday night VERY LOUD was something of a trial.Terrific value though.

The only real hits on this hostel are not a surprise. 1) it is really far outside Central London, but way better than, probably, all the hostels of the same cost within the city. 2) they run a bar down stairs, which becomes a club on the weekends at least. The staff will warn you of such, but it is ridiculously loud til around 1 or 2 am, maybe beyond. Some rooms don't have very good ventilation either making it hot at times, but this is ignorable.

Very annoying that they had hired out the pub downstairs for a party which went on until 6am :-(

The hostel itself is quite nice. Very clean, super nice staff, loved having the pub right there. Also, the price was awesome. Only thing that really sucked about the hostel is things that cannot be changed: Not in the best part of town, didn't feel totally safe at night walking around Deptford (not Greenwich as advertised), kind of a pain to get downtown-either a really long bus ride or multiple tube transfers. Overall I would not hesitate to stay here again if booking last minute like I did

very good stay, it was awsome staying here. the kitchen comes very handy, very clean. showers was working fine, and the staff are always around with smilling face to help. Consider that i'm from USA, i didnt really miss anything from home....the hostel was like second home, rooms were very clean and my bed was very comfy!! i will defo recommend the hostel to any backpacker because you have 2 choice of train station that will ease your journeys to central. There is also night bus ..............

I will like to say this is one of the best hostel I have ever stayed in London, I was a bit worried about the some negative review i read on the web when booking the place, but to my surprise, it didn't really show the the picture of the hostel. Good value for money Defo! The bathroom has is very clean and the hostel is very clean in general...was a bit worried worried about the issue of the bar downstairs but they gone far in providing free Ear plug, couldn't hear a thing sleep like a baby....

It was great to stay Here with friends backpacking from Germany. Everything was worth the price, it is quite a clean place, they even have communal computer for guest. I enjoyed the game of nintendo wii in the common room. Staff were always there to help and friendly! Price was good consider that is not too far from central . Bar was good, had good drink downstairs

very noisy at tonight due to the bar below but we were aware of this and it didn't bother our group but I can see how it would affect others. Can't say how brilliant the staff were though.
