The place was dirty, the staff seemed deliberately unhelpful (as when we realized one of our group had been given dirty sheets), the door locks barely worked, and water came out everywhere but the shower head. Overall this was a big case of you get what you pay for, so I'd suck it up and pay a bit more.

I found the staff quite rude and unprofessional. Also, one of the toilets was dirty and not cleaned for the duration of my stay. The location was not what I had expected, however it is quite cheap for london, which was a good thing.

What I didn´t like: The staff was not really friendly and the toilets doesn´t work very well. It´s a place where I could stay for one night, but maybe not more.

Wish the staff would care as much for the rest of the hostel as for the bar. This hostel has a a lot of potential, but many areas are in need of a refurbishment.

I wrote you an email saying that they sold my bed even if I came in the morning to confirm my place (already confirmed by your web site) I booked for two night: the first night they sold my bed and I don't know why they had found a bed for me only after I got angry. and for the second night they said me that their computer was saying that I cancelled the reservation and they were fully booked! And this AFTER I PAID THE RESERVATION FOR TWO DAYS. I lost money, time, and I don't trust them anymore

Good location however very little space between bunks and less space trying to get in and out of bunk

which came in a hostel stay, but not like it, all bad: bathroom and shower damaged, small rooms for 15 beds, kitchen disorganized power outlets not working, poor internet, breakfast lack everything and everything in little quantity and quality.etcs.

I had someone staying in the bed I originally rented, but the kind staff member quickly found me another. Stuff happens, they are not unreasonable. Would stay there again if were going to the O2 Academy, but a bit on the unlocated side of things perhaps.

We were really pleased with our stay at Journeys London Bridge beginning of January. The Hostel was extremly cheap and for that money it was exellent. Of course it wasn't always that clean but even my friend, who can't stand dirt, liked the hostel a lot. If we ever go back to London we will definitely stay at the Journeys London Bridge again The location was good as well. It was in a quiet neighbourhood, not in the centre of London but it took us only 10 min to get everywhere. PERFECT!

The toilet was very very dirty and left as it was for more than 1 day. The 15 bedroom was too packed for 15, bed very small. The area is not very safe either. There should be better place at the same price.

It is located at a quite surrounding. The room is somehow crowded. (I was in 9 person room) The worst problem is that the toilet is stuck with garbage!

Very depressing location and atmosphere. Some staff were nice, some just plain rude. Cold, cramped rooms and noisy stairways and entrances. Tiny showers often lacking in hot water. Wouldn't go back.
