a room without a window isn't really healthy

The breakfast was a little bit less than I had expected (no fruit, juice, whole wheat bread). Also the room we got for the money we paid was oke but the matress of the bed was very thin and hard. I liked the atmosphere of the hostel a lot, cheap drinks, snacks and internet access.Nice staff and the location was great!

The lobby was definitely very fun, places to sit and hang out. There was a bar there that was open until 11. It was about a ten minute walk to the tube station and there wasn't much else around in walking distance. The room was clean enough, but the bathrooms were tiny and somewhat dirty. The shower kept turning off on my and was only scalding hot the entire time.

It was good having your own kitchen facilities, and there were enough bathroom/toilet/shower facilities seeing as they were on every floor. The balcony area was nice too. All round, a good stay.

I was pleased with the hostel's clean bed with good quality matress, pillow and duvet, which are essential for a good night rest. Regrettably, there was no peaceful sleep as the 12-bed dorm is located on the ground floor with a common area providing an assortment of entertainment. Sleep was frequently disrupted by loud music at night, movies, visitors playing games, chatting and roomates who did not use the door gently.

Pretty good hostel and good value for money - 14 quid for a Froday night in August. Showers were good. Breakfast wasn\'t too bad, I guess your average hostel breakfast with toast and cereal. Not far from the tube, a five minute walk I guess. Would stay here again.
