Hotel was nice, although a bit pricy. The location was good, not far from all the main activities.

One of the best value for money hotel in Bandar Seri Begawan. very good location, free pick up and airport transfer, free city tou for 1 hour. And best value for money.

The staff are nice and friendly, the bathroom and the room are clean. Little amount of water coming out from the shower head. The hotel is walking distance to the mall, bus terminal, restaurant/fast food chain, and to some of the attraction in bendar

Stayed there due to an 18 hour layover in Brunei traveling to Vietnam. The airport transfer was very much appreciated as its costs around 30 BND to get to the city from the airport. It's a budget hotel so it's not flash (and breakfast sucked) but the staff were polite and friendly but we had no complaints.

Did no send any confirmation until after our stay did not send a pick up to the airport for collection. Sent 3 emails requesting a confirmation of booking and airpot pick up due to late arival and wanted to minimise any problems. still no reply or pick up. Very disapointing. Received a reply the following day claimning emails went to junk.

Decent, basic, business-type hotel pretty close to the city center. 10 min walk to Sultan Omar Ali Saifuddin Mosque, about the same to waterfront. We spent one night there on our way from Kota Kinabalu to Miri. Nice helpful staff. Basic breakfast was included, average quality.

Brilliant breakfast included

Great place to stay in Brunei. Close to main area of Bandar, within walking distance. Staff excellent, very helpful, courteous. They organised free airport transfer, and a free round trip to one of the sights and also stored our luggage while we were out for the day. Breakfast was good - a few options to select from, and there was a restuarant (and pool hall) upstairs as well. I would recommend this place to anyone staying in BSB.

good breakfast on time airport transfer rooms are basic but clean

Transport to and fro from airport was excellent plus a free city tour in mini van was great. Staff are very helpfull and a cheery group.

The cost was supposed to be $120 dollars for 2 nights. I was charged $171 for a room that stank of cigarette smoke. There is a place called restrooms nearby. Stay at that place. Also the photos in website are nothing like the place.

Convenient Location for restaurants, bus station, and boats, Airport Transfer a great help, Handy Supermarket. Clean and Tidy Room, Quiet at night, and quiet AC. Perfect for me. Tours/Travel desk this could do with being more obvious, as I did not realize information was available.

Restaurant meals were poor, staff poor. Flies and ants in bedroom.

Not a bad place to stay in a city with limited options, it is much more like a hotel than a hostel though. The rooms are generous though the staff were not very helpful and added extra charges onto our room in the morning.

Staff really friendly and helpful from the reception to the drivers. Good value hostel, fairly decent breakfast and great to have airport rides included

The staff were excellent and the breakfast also very high standard. The hotel itself is very tired though - it is clean but really needs a bit of refurbishment in the rooms...

Nice option in Bandar Seri Begawan. Not to expensive and centrally located. Very helpful staff!

Seems like a bit rundown place but the staff was very friendly and helpful.

A nice enough hotel but quite expensive for what it was, but it's the same across Brunei. We booked a deluxe double as it was the cheapest type of room available for the whole of our stay, but would say that a standard room would have been perfect - we hardly used the living room or kitchen. The location was good, close to the city centre but not on a main road. The staff were able to provide us with a packed breakfast for when we had to leave early in the morning.

Not a hostel, more a hotel. Good value for expensive Brunei. Nice place to stay.
