Great place especially for groups and families. Very clean, free internet and great breakfast included in price. Main tourist area only six bus stops away and only a few minutes walk to bus stop.

This was a great hostel to stay at! Wonderful facilities and very clean rooms. They show The Sound Of Music every night, so if you're tired from traveling around, that is always an option. Many different tours leave right from the hostel! The company comes to pick you up and takes you to the various trou starting points. They also provide you with bus fair for the way back to the hostel at the end of the tour. We weren't traveling with kids, but if you are, this hostel is very child friendly!

Very nice buffet breakfast!!! It was quite a massive hostel within the School campus and it felt like really like a school dormitory. It was too big to be private and cosy, but very clean. The bed was too soft for my liking.

A fantastic place to stay, whether alone or with friends. As an older visitor I never felt I was treated any differently, and the breakfast is amazing!!

A very colorful and fun hostel. Staff was helpful and located a private 2 bed room when my reservations for two dorms got mixed up. About a ten minute walk to the old downtown. Have stayed here twice and had very pleasant experiences both times.

The room had just one plug and all the lookers are outside of the room, so it is a little bad for change clothes. There is car parking but you have to pay 5 Euros /day. The only thing is that sometimes you have to wait someone appear at the reception. The best thing is the breakfast, very good buffet. I think the best one I've ever had in a cheap hostel.

Generally, it's a fine hostel. The public transportation of Salzburg is very good, so it's easy to travel around by taking a bus.

This is a great hostel. My friend and I paid 20 euros each for one night in a female room. We arrived in the morning (before checkout) so we stored our luggage in the locked storage room all day without a problem or extra fee. The showers were clean, the room was simple, but tidy, and the breakfast was plentiful. The staff spoke English and was helpful in offering a map upon arrival. We could walk to all the main sights so there was no need to use the public transportation.

When i arrived at Jufa the women at the desk was horrible and very unhelpful. The rest of the staff i came accross were fine. I arrived at 2pm like i said i would and my room wasnt ready until 5pm ! The bathrooms were a bit smelly and could have been cleaner. Lots of school kids hanging around.

This hostel looks great in the outside but the rooms are very small and the bathrooms are disgusting. Not to mention the staff. I mean one of the girls were nice but the blonde one is just very rude. The bar looks nice, but I only spent a night there so I was very tired. I saw a small cockroach in the sofa.

The dorm rooms are very small with no window. I felt very claustrophobic.

Only stayed here one night, but it was good enough. Lots of older people and kids too so that was a bit weird.

- location - good for the old town. right near the castle. but far from the new town. - wifi is only in the common room area. pretty good and fast on average. but not many powerpoints around the place - breakfast is awesome and free -lockers are available outside of the room - big and safe; but inconvinent because it's not in your room. - rooms seem clean but not much sunlight. Beds are big. My room was incredibly smelly but i guess that was the fault of the guys who were sleeping there.

Everything as really nice. The included breakfast was wonderful and the rooms were really clean. The only thing was the lack of lockers in the room-but even then, they had lockers (for free!) downstairs. I also felt that t was very safe and kid friendly, which was very nice.

I found this to be the best accommodation we encountered on our Europe trip. Reasonably easily reachable by bus from the main railway station. Within walking distance of Salzburg's centre. Sumptuous breakfast buffet, clean accommodation. Highly recommendable. Gus Canada

Men's shower ALWAYS smelled awful, I only saw it cleaned once in my 4 day stay. The lockers confused several people in that they look like it's 2 euro for each use like train station lockers, rather then the coin being retained as more of a deposit for the key. You could clarify that a bit upon checking in.
