I was upset when I stayed there. The place was not tidy and clean and one of staff was rude. I will never come back and stay there again.

We had to wait for long periods of time on 3 or 4 occasions at the front desk. The employees were hard to find. But the location was absolutely wonderful (right at the foot of the hill leading to the Nonnberg Abbey and Hohensalzburg Castle). The atmosphere was bright, cheerful and clean AND we got a free breakfast! Hard to beat!

Dont stay at jufa unless your over 60 or under 15..place felt like a ymca! Completely useless staff and very rude, they gave us wrong dircetions twice and when asked any questions told us to wait and talk to the manger who is convenianty NEVER around! Not a bad location to see some of the sights but the place put a real sour taste towards salzburg, if not for the stiegl brewery and the xmas markets the place would have been a write off! Also only one m/fm washroom for all guests..try to avoid!

The while place was chaos and we felt very bad treated by the staff ( one girl was very helpfull, all the others was rude) we did not feel good at this place were everything was all about the money and not a lot of service, i guess the staff was to young and not serious, did not understand the full meaning of the word service, i would not go back to thus place if i had to visit Salzburg again
